Reforma Palm Springs offers a world-class dining and nightlife venue while remaining rooted in Southern California with an authentic sense of place. Occupying nearly 9,000 square feet of a mid-century icon unique to Palm Springs.

Inspired by Latin American culture, our Pan-Latin menu pays homage to the Southern California experience. Cuisines from Mexico, Central, and South America are represented and fused, paired with our handcrafted cocktails, delivering a unique dining opportunity.

The food was absolutely amazing, our server was attentive and accommodating. The only negative, was the bartender who perfered to text on her phone & talk to her coworkers rather than be present in her job.

Outstanding food, great menu choices, everything served was excellent. Our server was also great and our party of 5 had a wonderful culinary experience.

The food was so good morning authentic. Will come back to palm springs just to eat here. Appetizers were delicious and the entree portions were sharable. 10/10

Food was for sure the highlight at La Cocina. The cocktails were also amazing. The local bartenders have invented a few really tasty cocktails with very creative ingredients and fresh. I can vouch for the Valiente. Whoever decided to put banana Lacore with Mezcal is a genius For starter we had the Arepas and they were fantastic. As entrées, my wife had Lomo Soltado and I had the Pernil Mofongo. All of the dishes that we ate were incredibly fresh. The flavors were wonderful. The highlight of the event was the food. We sat outside, which is along the street, so we knew we were getting into the chairs were comfortable. The service was good. Pricewise was about average for what we’ve seen so far in Palm Springs. In summary if you haven’t been to La Cucina, I would give it a try. Whoever decided to put banana liqueur with Mezcal is a genius. (The Valiente).

We initially had an outdoor table. When we arrived it was early, there were only a few people indoors, and it was in the 90’s, so we opted for the indoor dining room. All of a sudden we were blasted with electronic dance music coming from the dance club, open and attached to the dining area. To say we were not happy was an under statement. I immediately went to the manager and told him this was shocking, no warning given before seating and completely unacceptable. We opted to be re-seated outside and stick it out. Turns out it was an after party event from one of the hotels, attached to Coachella, and not a common practice(music usually starts at 9p; it was 7:30p). And the restaurant mgr was unaware it was going to happen. He was very apologetic, and made things right for us. The serving staff were also gracious and apologetic. The food was exceptionally good, flavorful and well prepared. It could have been a very disappointing evening, and happy to report it turned out to be great dinner outing. Nicely handled staff! Recommendation would be to chose outdoor seating if you are coming in when the dance club is open.

Other than having to wait a significant amount of time to be seated, the overall experience was enjoyable, especially because our server more than made up for it. His level of attention, friendliness, and service was excellent. He described everything so well that we were very interested in all of the dishes he talked about. The quality of the food was really great.

Great staff. Bartender was super friendly and one of the owner’s stopped by to tell us about their creative take on some of their signature dishes.
