Nothing else in New York quite matches the atmosphere of La Caverna. Cavern isn’t just part of the name – it is the décor as well! You’ll get the instant impression that you are deep in a cave far below the earth’s crust, but with none of the dankness you might find in a real cave. The menu is relatively short but sufficient for a bar atmosphere. If you’re putting together a party and looking for somewhere unique, La Caverna should be at the top of your list. With wings, croquettes, salads, lamb sliders, calamari, mac n’ cheese, grilled chicken, grilled cheese and a burger, there are plenty of munchie items to keep the party going. We were a party of three. We had chicken tacos and beef quesadillas. Everything was divine. Service was outstanding. We had a very early seating. Empty when we arrived but was filling up upon departure. Make a reservation.

The food and drinks were good, they could have been better. Service was excellent, the staff were very attentive and nice. It turned into a lounge at 11pm & the lounge was okay, wasn’t really into the music the DJ was playing, he was playing a lot of house music.

I recently dined at this restaurant with a group of seven, and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The food was exceptional – we indulged in flavorful steak quesadillas, succulent shrimp tacos, Chicken fajitas, Elotes, nachos and mouthwatering wings that left us craving for more. The presentation of each dish was impeccable, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal.The ambience of the restaurant was perfect for a relaxed evening out. The decor was tasteful and calming, the music was just the right volume, and the lighting created a cozy atmosphere. It was easy to unwind and enjoy our meal without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were attentive and friendly, always ensuring that we had everything we needed and promptly fulfilling our orders. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond truly made our dining experience memorable.Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for delicious food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service. Waitress were on point, good attitude, friendly, fast service, food was pretty good. Every appetizer was good, the steak tacos and churrasco were delicious. We left before 1030 which is when it becomes more of a lounge/bar, but prior to that great spot for food, drinks, cool vibe.

I enjoyed it with my wife the $50 bottomless deal is really worth it. I was disappointed with the Burger Patty that caught me off guard expecting an actually Grilled Ground meat Burger.
