La Casa is run by a young family. They have a real passion for good food served in a cosy environment. Hope you’ll enjoy their newest creation! La Casa is a fun and vibrant Tapas & Mezze restaurant in a cosy, bright and airy surroundings. We are situated in a ‘forever growing’ Dalry neighbourhood. Our aim in La Casa is to bring Mediterranean flavours to the streets of Edinburgh. We use only the best ingredients from the top suppliers to make sure that every dish is as authentic to its origin as possible.

Fantastic wee place with a great vibe. Not an overly extensive menu but all dishes were superb. Particularly enjoyed the cheese saganaki. Excellent cocktails and wine list. Lovely outdoor seating area too, perfect for a wine & wee plate of nibbles on a sunny day. Would absolutely recommend.

I chose this restaurant as it specifically mentioned having vegan dishes. Small unimaginative selection and no choice of sweet - you need to do better

The food was very good. However it was served in drips and drabs which meant eating some dishes separately. I ordered the special and it didn’t come till we had finished eating and we were too full by then to eat anymore so that wasn’t great. Service was good but a bit slow. We did both enjoy it though and would probably go again!

Came for lunch and the food was really delicious, king prawn linguine is best , so was my quinoa salad. Really good spot for tapas as well. Will be back here soon

Fantastic food and great service. Main course portions are very large so just remember that if tempted to order tapas as a starter 😜. Highly recommended

Lovely interior good food and friendly helpful staff. Sadly we were the only lunch diners and the restaurant was cold. As we left there were more customers and the heating and the ambience had proved. Would like to come back at night to see if the warmth carried on

As always with La Casa, excellent service, great food and a really nice ambiance where you can hear each other but not the next table over. I've been to both La Casas on multiple occasions now and it's never been anything but perfect.

Another wonderful night at La Casa. Thé restaurant was busy but not noisy. Lovely choice of tapas on offer. There were 3 of us so we chose 6 dishes to share. These arrived quite quickly and were delicious. Staff were very attentive and so friendly….also great at topping up our wine. Lovely setting, excellent food and welcoming staff…I will definitely be back.

Early lunch was very good. Quiet with prompt and friendly service. Mussels with capers and piccolo tomatoes was excellent. Fellow diner had black cod as main which again he enjoyed immensely.

I would say that la Casa is really good food I would say it is really expensive and overpriced for what you get however I do like it and the food it amazing however I think it should not be to expensive.

La Casa is in a beautiful building and decorated with a Mediterranean touch, which was lovely. We received a really friendly welcome and the menu and drinks arrived promptly as did the tapas, which as indicated came in stages but still quickly. The waiter explained some of the items that we asked about and kindly advised to enjoy one of the dishes before others so that its texture did not spoil. The service was very friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. And there was no rushing us out the door which made for a very relaxing lunch. My only hesitation is that there was for us an over reliance on the use of garlic throughout the tapas that we tried, which took away from the variety of flavours that we were hoping for. Notwithstanding that, it was a an enjoyable lunch and mention must be made of the great service.

Very enjoyable meal for six in a busy Saturday lunchtime. We had a large variety of tapas which was all lovely. The staff were great but there appeared to be only one waitress and one server on duty at such a busy time. They coped admirably with a delightful attitude.

Excellent choice of tapas although I was limited with my choice of mains as majority contained white wine which I cannot take, although when I ordered I did receive my meal without the white wine. Excellent service

Overall the food was very good the only disappointing items were the Serrano ham and cherizo (the latter floating in oil) which was not premium quality and have experienced better from Lidl shop. Helpings were generous and kept on coming until the table was over crowded with food. The sting in the tail was the addition of a service charge which was not notified before the meal.
