La Casa is run by a young family. They have a real passion for good food served in a cosy environment. Hope you’ll enjoy their newest creation! La Casa is a fun and vibrant Tapas & Mezze restaurant in a cosy, bright and airy surroundings. We are situated in a ‘forever growing’ Dalry neighbourhood. Our aim in La Casa is to bring Mediterranean flavours to the streets of Edinburgh. We use only the best ingredients from the top suppliers to make sure that every dish is as authentic to its origin as possible.

    The service, food & atmosphere were lovely. The only complaint I have is an hour & 10 minutes into our meal the staff informed us we only had table for another 20 minutes! We had just ordered more drinks & hadn’t finished our main course! It was never mentioned at booking nor when we arrived that we only had table for one & half hours. This put a dampener on our evening & we finished our drinks sitting at the bar. If there are limits on table times they need to make it more clear! We weren’t eating at McDonalds & the restaurant wasn’t cheap! So that was the main complaint

    I had a lovely meal of prawn tagliatelle. I have had this dish at other restaurants but this was by far the nicest version. The staff were lovely. It was dreadful weather but lovely and cosy inside.

    Fantastic wee place with a great vibe. Not an overly extensive menu but all dishes were superb. Particularly enjoyed the cheese saganaki. Excellent cocktails and wine list. Lovely outdoor seating area too, perfect for a wine & wee plate of nibbles on a sunny day. Would absolutely recommend.

    I chose this restaurant as it specifically mentioned having vegan dishes. Small unimaginative selection and no choice of sweet - you need to do better

    The food was very good. However it was served in drips and drabs which meant eating some dishes separately. I ordered the special and it didn’t come till we had finished eating and we were too full by then to eat anymore so that wasn’t great. Service was good but a bit slow. We did both enjoy it though and would probably go again!

    Came for lunch and the food was really delicious, king prawn linguine is best , so was my quinoa salad. Really good spot for tapas as well. Will be back here soon
