After coming here serval times, we ended up walking out from the main dining room because we weren’t being helped. Very disappointed after sitting there for 10/15 minutes waiting for someone after visibly seeing servers on their phones and not even acknowledging the dining room.

Shortage in staff for Easter Sunday. Server was very kind and helpful but needed additional assistance for the large section. Hostess asked for drink order and forgot. Appreciated the notice that they were understaffed prior to seating and that the waiter acknowledged we will be next to order.

La Bella’s has been a family favorite since the 60’s. Their food is delicious. The service is always outstanding and the value for your money is great. We had a party of 12 people celebrating various birthdays in February. We had 4 kids and 8 adults. Our server was awesome and continued to check on us throughout the evening. It was a plus that we could make a reservation ahead of time thru Open Table. Will continues to come here for great food and great service!

I've been coming here since I was a little girl. I've been bringing my kids here since they were little and now they are all grown up and when it's time to go out for birthday dinners, this place is always on the list! Love this place and the food. It is a family favorite.

Took my kids for the first time. The hostess was wonderful. But once seated our waiter didn't approach our table for over 20 minutes. We didn't even have menus. Than our hostess came to our table to apologize for the wait. After we ordered it took about 30 minutes to get our food. And our waiter didn't even check on us. My kids and I were so ready to go. I had to signal him to bring our check from behind the bar. Took my kids to the arcade, purchased two fun cards of $60 each and only played two games. Most of them were out of order. My kids first time there and they never want to go back. Neither do I. Wasted my money on the entire experience. Now we have fun cards with money on them and don't plan on ever going back.

We were told by an employee that they were unable to seat us his words were” there is no way in hell that I can seat you today” He then said we can get a table at the other side which we had no clue there was another side. We said yes but when taken to the table we decided not to stay. We wanted to be near the games to watch our children. The host said we should reserve online next time to be seated where we want.

After arriving and having 1 of our guests in a wheelchair, they chose to sit us in the most awkward spot for our handicapped patron. We had to ask 2 parties to get up and move their tables and chairs so the wheelchair would fit. It wouldn't of been a problem if it was super busy and the only table available. But there were at least 10 open tables that were a better option.

The older man who seated us was stoic looking but pleasant and the rest of the servers were great and very polite. Good customer service . When we were leaving there was a worker I believe waiting for us to clear the table and very tired and anxious to pick up table . Kind of scary looking . Thank you however we will come back just not on a crazy loud Saturday night .

The 3 of us chose the Family Dinner for 4 and it was just perfect, especially since we wanted leftovers to take home. We got a bottle of white zin, a small antipasto salad, a plate of spaghetti and meatballs, and a medium Hawaiian pizza with jalapenos. A few of those were upgrades. There happened to be a TV above our heads, not loud at all, but it meant the other tables seemed to be staring at us the whole time. A bit unnerving. Service was great, appropriately attentive and available when we needed.

Best pizza in the nation! And the delicious appetizers were great to share in our party of eight. Service was excellent: server accommodated some special requests and came by occasionally to check on our needs with a smile.
