A 28 ans, Quentin Testart devient le plus jeune Chef Exécutif des Palaces parisiens. Désireux de sortir des codes classiques de la gastronomie de Palace pour insuffler une cuisine identitaire, résolument tournée vers la mer et les parfums. L’offre sucrée est quant à elle signée du Chef Pâtissier Maxence Barbot, on peut la savourer en dessert, ou lors des rendez-vous privilégiés du week-end : le tea time des samedis et dimanches, ou l’iconique brunch de la mer le dimanche.

Went here for my husband's 60th birthday while we were vacationing with our kids in Paris. The food is wondering and you can't beat the view of the Eiffel Tower. Be sure to ask for patio seating though, if the weather is appropriate. My only complaint is that there were quite a few smokers sitting nearby, but it was for the most part, fine. Highly recommend coming here for a special occasion.

Absolutely exquisite. We came for champagne and caviar and enjoyed the beautiful ambiance and decor. The staff was professional and friendly. It was a fantastic birthday! Thank you!

The staff is attentive, and the ambiance is beautiful... For vegetarian preparations, however, the taste is average - the vegetarian option could have more heat, and flavor. The server informed us that the Pad Thai could not be made spicier. That was disappointing to hear.

Super overpriced for what the food is. We were beyond disappointed as it was our last meal in Paris before we flew home. 218 bucks for cheap tasting noodles you can get at any Chinese place and fish that basically just had hollandaise on it.

My young daughter and I were in Paris to celebrate her birthday and I organised many lovely meals in the finest restaurants, this being one of them. When we arrived the male server assumed we were visiting with a pre paid “deal” which the glass of champagne I had ordered wasn’t a part of. I had to explain I had not made this kind of reservation. The service went from bad to worse. A sprite took 45 mins to arrive, and a second glass of champagne took so long that after having taken more than two hours to have lunch, I had to cancel the glass. How does it take 40 mins to bring a glass of champagne? Such a shame. The garden is beautiful but the service here leaves A LOT to be desired.

This was our 5th Anniversary and first time in Paris. The server was very very sweet and the girl manager too. The food is sooooo delicious that I didn’t ever wanna leave. This restaurant is a 10/10. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is celebrating a special day.

Visited for my girlfriends 30th birthday. Food was amazing and the service outstanding. They even provided us with a selection of cakes for her birthday with a candle and birthday message! Would recommend highly to go back
