We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Kyojin! We especially enjoyed the Taste of Toro! We also want to thank Jessica (our waiter) for her recommendations and service! Will definitely come back again!

The sushi is precut and the eel roll w cucumber was not well prepared. The lighting is too bright. I felt like we were in an operating room.

Excellent experience, food was amazing and fresh, possibly the best in the city. Service was as great as well but you can tell the management haven’t trained the servers well because when came to opening our champagne bottle or pouring it needed assistance from the busboy and glasses were clawed from our table to pour the champagne. Both not a big deal but if it was a mediocre place I would have expected it, but the sushi here is great I hope management spends a bit more than time in training their staff better. Will definitely be back!

Foods was good But foods came out random , appetizers came after main dish, not all the foods came same time so some of our party was wait . I asked something and need to wait long and we asked for the menu for desert they forgot. I barely see my server .

Every food item was amazing as were the drinks! The dessert, though was quite weak. Don’t get the chocolate lava cake.

My dining companion has spent a lot of time in Japan and is a foodie . She found the Toro Tartare wonderful and true to Japan. My Volcano, Mexican and Dream rolls were superb, incredibly delicious and fresh. Each ingredient tasted distinctly like itself. Love the space and service was great.

Everything about this restaurant was a 10. The ambiance was outstanding, the service was impeccable, and the food was nothing short of our expectations! We will be coming back often. It’s worth every penny!

It was our first time dining at this restaurant and the experience was amazing. Our server, Tibby, made wonderful suggestions and the food was delicious. Great atmosphere, beautiful aesthetic, can’t wait to return on our next trip.

I got reccommended Kyojin Sushi by some coworkers, and was happily surprised by the ambiance upon arrival. I love the use of brick, floating shelves, and warm lighting. The dishes were really good; and for a price you can expect from carefully curated sushi dishes. Our favorites were the uni and cooked scallop rolls, and I seriously enjoyed the Spring Dreams cocktail. Our service was fantastic, he demonstrated great knowledge of the menu and made us feel right at home.

The food was all very good. There were a number of really interesting, innovative items on the menu. The sushi was extremely fresh. The service was excellent. This is one of the better sushi restaurants I've eaten in. It's a little pricey, but it was definitely worth it for quality of the experience!

The place is amazing. The food is absolutely worth the price as it’s such an experience to eat there. And the vibe of the place is very chill and cool. However my one complaint is how indifferent the staff seems. I’m spending a lot of money at this place, so I’d wish the staff was a little bit friendlier.

First time here. And I will for sure be coming back either it’s for myself or for a special occasion. Firstly, the ambiance was very romantic and sets you in the right mood to eat some delicious sushi. Then we were greeted by our AMAZING waitress, Quinn. She started off by asking if it was our first time here and when we said yes, she took her time with us to explain the menu, what is popular and her own recommendations which we always appreciate. What made her stand out was she was very personable and we felt like valued customers. I had come with my best friend for her birthday so Quinn’s outstanding service made the entire experience super special. Finally, the food was immaculate, beautiful, and top quality. I was both surprised and impressed by the creations of all the dishes. They were unique, beautifully presented and so delicious. 10 out of 10.

Finally got to try out Kyojin Sushi and I was left absolutely speechless. The vibes are 100000/10, there’s a DJ spinning some FIRE tracks, the bar is so beautiful and the interiors are so elevated and chic. To top it all off the drinks and sushi were delicious. My lychee drink was refreshing and I’m still thinking about how flavorful and spicy the yume rolls were. Perfect place for a birthday dinner or just fun night out w friends! It’s really hidden in Cady’s Alley in Georgetown, can’t believe I haven’t been there till now!

Very good dining experience. Have had better sushi, but this was certainly very good. Excellent service. Garlic butter miso scallops were amazing; so good in fact that we ordered another serving for “dessert”!

I really enjoy great sushi, but sometimes great simple ingredients are the best. I think gold flake should have been a red flag. It just got to be where there was so much stuff that you couldn’t taste the actual ingredients. I’d rather spend a lot for just simple good quality food.

Very good food. Very good sushi high-grade! Everything was worth the price point quoted. The only thing is is that it’s a very nice place. Everyone was dressed super casual, which is not what I was expecting, especially from their soft opening. But otherwise would definitely return.

What a surprise!!! Tucked away in Cadys Alley is an unforgettable sushi spot. The atmosphere is chic and modern and the food and service are remarkable. Each bite was delicious!! I could hear the other diners loving their food as well!!

The interior space is very cool. The menu is difficult to understand and not at all intuitive. Food is good but not great. Also very expensive. Would go elsewhere for sushi.

Absolutely amazing experience! Our waitress was Abby, and the timing of her service was exceptional. You usually don’t take much note of the service at other restaurants, but at kyojin, it’s perfect. Our table light broke and one of the other waiters noticed and replaced it for us without us having to say anything! The food and drinks were fantastic, especially the sashimi dinner. The fish quality was amazing, literally melts in your mouth. The drinks were also super fragrant and really good. The sushi bar seating is also a must, you can watch the chefs prepare your sushi right in front of you. But do expect to pay $55-$100 per person (it’s worth it though).

We enjoyed our meal at Kyojin. The food was great and our waitress was super super nice. I am glad we were in the small front room rather than the larger area since it seemed more cozy to me.
