Located on the first floor, Kyndred Hearth is a comfortable, modern setting. To start, we noted celebrating our anniversary in the reservation, so requested a quiet table if possible. We were sat at a high top and noticed a quieter corner booth table was never sat until we left. Our server, Cathy, never introduced herself or explained the menu. She seemed busy and we felt rushed. Not a very good first impression, especially as hotel guests.

Service was poor. Slow to get drinks. Entrees took too long also, didn't all come out at the same time for the 4 of us and salads came out after entrees. The servers that delivered food mumbled and seemed bothered to be there serving the dishes. Short ribs, scallops and roasted beets were over sauced, hiding/smothering the flavors of the beets and scallops. Wangu steak for not good. Over priced for the poor service and unappetizing food.

Great food, even for our picky eaters (the pizza was awesome)! The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Definitely going back!
