First time here! Food was amazing. Prime Rib is a must try! I got an end piece and it was amazing! Husband got the NYstrip and lobster tail, yum! My husband and I do not get many dinners together without the kids, and when we do, we like to enjoy good food and splurge. Our server, Jerry, and his back server, maybe Caroline was her name, seemed as if we were a strain on their evening. They were extremely busy, and maybe that is the reason for, what I felt like just OK service. I was expecting way better service for such a top rated restaurant and the prices we pay. Between the wait time of being greeted and the wait time in receiving our drinks, to the attention given to us in general when trying to ask questions or even order just didn't seem to match the expectations we had of a fine dining restaurant. The dining room that we were sat in was cute and cozy. I did end up having to move, though, because I was touching arms with the table next to us, that is how close the tables were to each other. While we were finishing up dinner, Caroline (back server), ran right into my arm and just kept going without any apology. I was in shock, not that it hurt, but she was running around and bumped me, without even acknowledging me. I felt the only time they smiled at us is when we asked for our check. No, we were not the couple to spend the most money, however, we did pick this restaurant to spend our date night, and left feeling perplexed about returning. Food would be the reason for our return, not service.

I’ve always enjoyed this place! They were extremely accommodating with my 84 year old handicapped dad, always exceptional service, and like they say, it is the final word in Prime Rib!!😍🍷🥩

Everything was fantastic from the service to the food, cups were never empty and someone was always near by to take your request. Took the wife here for the first time for our 18 year anniversary and they did not disappoint. Price is a bit high but worth the cost for a special occasion.

Absolutely amazing prime rib! Hubby and I shared that and the vegetable plate. Loved everything including the bread! Steven took excellent care of us!

Waiter was a bit brisk in taking our order. Did not expect that from a place with a nicer reputation. Maybe he had a bad day so didn't knock down score too much. Steak was good but my mother got the Chilean sea bass special. It smelled and tasted fishy. The Asian sauce used on it was especially strong as well.

Have been going to Kreis’s for 50 years. This was the 1st disappointing food quality ever. But the server was up to our expectations

We were disappointed in the service we received. Waiter was not friendly. Acted as if we were bothering him. Thought we might get something for celebrating two birthdays. Nothing! Salad was very skimpy. The filets were very good! Would not go back to restaurant.
