Helmed by Chef Jun; a Korean born master of his craft with over 25 years of culinary experience, Kong ’s BBQ is an original Korean barbeque restaurant - with authentic charcoal grills.
Paired back timber interiors contrast to the industrial feel of black exhaust fans, creating an impressive yet inviting ambiance.
Pleasure-seekers and barbecue enthusiasts can head to the bar to order and marvel at the butcher-like selection of premium cut meats. Choose between world-class high marble score wagyu, marinated beef ribs, scotch fillet or try the pork belly doused in a house-made secret sauce.

Very good restaurant. My family enjoy the BBQ very much! The meat is fresh, especially the beef rib! Highly recommended!

This time the foods are not as good as last time when we came. I hope if I come next time the food will taste better and I wish there were more ice cream flavors.

Food quality awesome,however lack of services.Food always empty,filling up the buffer station take longer time,specially during lunch time when we went.. BBQ korean meats great,marinated beef ribs good,all marinated meats good. Booking encouraged as the wait of walk in could be long.Bear in mind only 1 hour time limit for lunch.

There is a a wide range of meats to choose from, food is generally delicious, however price is not as advertised on the opentable platform as it is more expensive over the weekend. Overall still very good value!

We went on a week night. Throughout our entire dining experience, there was barely any service. We had to clear our own plates and bowls as they were piling up and couldn't get any wait staffs to clear them away. But when you actually got serve by the staff, they were nice. The coal stove was not set up properly, half of the grill was just warm and half was too hot. So half the food was not cooking and half of the food was burning. The exhaust needs to be a bit stronger as the table next to us keep burning their food the entire time and the smoke keeps coming over to our table. The restaurant is not designed to have groups of more than 6 people as that's the max seating on one table. If you have 7, 4 people will need to be cramped on the bench side and 3 on the other side seating on chairs. The food was very yummy, they have a good selection of self serve precooked food and side dishes and a good selection of fresh meat for BBQ. Overall it was bit below average experience for us, as we basically cooking on half grill between 7 people. The lack of service and the cramp seating. Will I recommend it to family and friends? Depends. As long as their group size is maxed at 4, then they would definitely have a better experience.

Great selection of meat and hot food which were of good quality. Great value at $33 for happy hour. However, the restaurant was too crowded (it's smaller than it looks in photos). Long queue to get food especially at the beginning for the meat and at the end for dessert. Everyone was rushing because you only get 90min. With the time limit and queues, it feels like a battle to grab food, cook and eat and before you know it time's up you have to get out of there. So I'd recommend this place only if you're just there for the food and don't mind a bit of chaos.

Decent selection of beef, the Wagyu oyster was a highlight. I prefer thick cuts of pork belly rather than the thin slices so was disappointed this was not available, but the rest of the selection was decent. One burner for our table of 8 was very limiting.

Our booking was for 6;30. We arrived about 5 minutes late due to terrible traffic but only were seated around 6:50. The food was OK but nothing special. The staff were rushed off their feet and were slow to respond to requests. The smoke from the burner was very difficult to manage outside. We won't be rushing back.
