Food runner was rude and impatient to put plates of food down and ended up giving my son the wrong sushi. She gave him my sushi rolls, which had shellfish in them and my son has a sever shellfish allergy. Server wasn’t there when the food came - it was all the food runners fault. She actually said to us “move your stuff and make som room!”. No please, no thank you-and she totally screwed up. Manager was great and gave my son Benadryl.

I expected more Hawaiian meals and atmosphere, but the restaurant was rather just another American restaurant. I went there with my wife, but neither of us was satisfied with their food. Also, too expensive for the quality of the meal. We will not go there again.

Kona Grill today, Warmly greeted by Richard Barnier the general manager! Placed order, food was only a few minutes away, our waiter checked up to confirm that Everything was good! Food was tasty, service was awesome. Highly recommend for a quick lunch on the weekend!!

Food wasn’t very good. Salty and pricey. Place has torn seats everywhere and was not very clean. I won’t be back ever

We had a reservation for 1:30 pm. We were told food was slow. Which is typically ok. After being there 90 min food had not even been started. It was Mother’s Day and unfortunately we had an unruly child and had to cancel food. For 4 drinks, a soda and a roll it was $98.

Waited 2 1/2 hours for our food, shrimp was not fully cooked, after complaining to the employee at front desk, she said”well everyone has had to wait 2 1/2 hours” which wasn’t the point. Never again, with their nasty unseasoned food.

We were excited to dine here for Mother’s Day. We were seated right at 12pm (our reservation time), but the server left for a while and we were able to order with him around 12:30. We couldn’t modify anything, and our food didn’t come out until 1:45pm. Our server barely checked back with us until closer to 1:15/1:30, and our two little kids were getting fussy as they were so hungry. No managers stopped at our table and we weren’t offered a discount for the wait. Our server was being very nice and overly positive as we got closer to getting our food and for the rest of our time there, but it was the longest I’ve ever waited for food at a restaurant. The food was thankfully very good, but I don’t think we’ll be going back anytime soon. Also, I think the slowness was an issue across the restaurant. But it had cleared out a lot by 1:30pm. Also, a table that got seater after us, received their food quite a while before us.

It was Mother’s Day and not overly busy Our good took forever We were not in a rush so at first it was not a big deal, but after tables around us were served we started to get frustrated
