Booked a room for myself and was so excited i came a day early not realising, and they still sat me! The service was so amazing that alone would make me come back! The food was on a different level than I’ve ever had! Honestly one of the best experiences and i would fully recommend!

On the recommendation of American Express travel, we had our one and only Saturday night in Tokyo dinner here. Roland and the team there were amazing. The food was perfect.

Por la categoría del restaurante esperaba un ambiente un poco más tranquilo para poder disfrutar tanto la comida como la velada, pero el grupo de a lado era demasiado ruidoso lo cual no permitía escuchar lo que los meseros nos explicaron y tenia que gritar para que mi pareja me escuchara. La comida era muy buena!

I revisit this out of the way gem every time I’m in Tokyo. Always reinventing its menu with great top top tier beef. Come for lunch if you want a more affordable experience but the dinners are a great experience with presentation and service making for unforgettable meals.

Die Reservierung über OpenTable ging einfach und problemlos. Wir wurden nett empfangen und von allen gegrüßt. Unser Kellner Sai hat uns zum Separee begleitet. Das Separee war schön, geräumig und man hat normalerweise seine Ruhe. Leider empfanden wir die Nachbarn manchmal als störend, da sie außerordentlich laut geredet haben. Zu den Essen: wir hatten das Kiln-baked Kobe-beef steak course. Jeder Gang wurde vom Kellner erklärt. Besonders waren die Wagyusticks als Amuse, sie haben vollmundig und nussig geschmeckt, wo das Fett nahezu im Mund geschmolzen ist. Als Appetizer gab es ein Würfel aus Wagyubrühe und Fleisch, Wagyu Nigiri und deutschen Kaviar mit Zuckerschoten. Das Zusammenspiel war perfekt, thematisch an das Japan angelehnt. Nun zu dem Star der Gänge, das Kobe-beef Steak. Es hat vollmundig, nussig, leicht süßlich geschmeckt, das Fett ist auf der Zunge zerschmolzen. Dazu gab es Gemüse, Wasabi und ein Sojabutterwürfel, den ich nicht für das Kobe-beef Steak verwendet habe, da es den Geschmack vom Kobe-beef übertönt hätte. Die anderen Zwischengängen davor waren normal, nichts besonders. Als Desert gab es einen Matchakuchen mit einer Erdbeere verziert sowie Erdbeereis, welches geschmacklich sehr gut zusammengepasst hat. Allem in allem haben die Gänge gut zusammengepasst und wurden thematisch schön dargestellt, regionale Lebensmittel wurden mit eingearbeitet. Das Einzige was negativ war, war die eiskalte Butter zu den Brot. Der Service war sehr gut, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Verglichen zu Deutschland war das insgesamt gut, preislich billig für das, was man angeboten bekommt -> 2 Personen für ca. 360€.

The room was amazing, every course blew us away and the steak was the best I’ve ever had. Excellent spot for a date night. I would recommend this to everyone who comes and visits Tokyo.

I’m giving it 5 stars since I cant give it 6. Sai (our waiter service) was outstanding food and wine was awesome and in general attention to detail was impressive. Overall one of the best dinners I had in my life.

Fantastic steak. Very good service. The food was absolutely amazing, left you wanting more though. VERY expensive, debatable if it was worth $500 (USD) for two people, but the ambiance was there. Private room, personal attention. Sort of challenging to find the restaurant.

It is a quiet very private restaurant that we had high hopes for. The staff was incredible the food the opposite. The steak was mediocre at best and the appetizers were frankly BAD.

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in years. Their private dining rooms are not only classy and well designed but the intimacy of the entire time there is unique. Service was over the top, and to be honest the meal was as good as French Laundry at a fraction of the price. The set menu was innovative with wonderful small and flavorful dishes. The star of the show was the Kobe. We tried both the sirloin and the filet. I give the filet a 10 of 10, the sirloin a 9.5. Perfectly sized 4 ounce portions made it not overkill and resulted in perfect temp cooking. Highly recommended. It was voted one of top 100 steakhouses in 2023. Well deserved.

Excellent experience from the moment we arrived to when we left. Very attentive service, beautiful restaurant and very nice private room. The set menu of Kobe beef-based delicacies was excellent: creative, beautifully presented and delicious.

Placed in a separate room. Even though this was a romantic dinner for two, it felt strange to sit in a separate room in a restaurant. You wouldn’t expect a cliche like a hair in the soup in a restaurant in this price cathegory, even though they tried to make up for it. The beef was superb as always

An incredible experience to be cherished forever! Exceptional dining, fantastic courses with Kobe as the crown jewel. Service was perfection and attentive to all our needs from drink suggestions to an umbrella for the Go taxi ride home. We were all smiles that night.

It’s overpriced. This place is trying to punch above their weight class but is swinging and missing. The server and staff was great. The food, taste and presentation just couldn’t measure up to the price. They’ll bring you cold noodles and frozen soup slushy but no special about it. No special taste. Just plain soup and noodles you could make at home if you freeze some ramen.
