Exceptional on every level- met and exceed our expectations! From the moment we arrived, Konrad took great care of us! Private room was sleek and modern. A5, 11 Kobe rib eye, tenderloin cuts melted in your mouth . Konrad even brought out the beef to show us the quality of marbling. This was a birthday dinner for my husband (a connoisseur of beef/ meat) and it was an experience he will always remember!

My most memorable Kobe steak experience. The Kobe steak was cooked perfectly and the other items on the prefix meal were also excellent. The Kobe beef croquette was amazing. Could have eaten 10 of those by itself. Our server was excellent. The service was flawless. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want a complete Kobe experience.

The food was absolutely incredible… Service was amazing and very attentive. You get your own room, which is nice. The tomato salad was delicious… never tasted a tomato like that. The Kobe beef melted in your mouth. Would definitely recommend’

The food quality was great, although the service slightly lagged behind. Despite these minor setbacks, at the price point of around $250 USD for the set menu, the experience felt somewhat hurried, with dishes coming one after the other. We were offered a choice between rice and bread, yet an additional charge was unexpectedly applied on top of the set menu. Nevertheless, the restaurant's aesthetic charm was undeniable, and the dining table design was flawlessly unique.

The restaurant’s ambience was great, service was amazing, but the food was terrible….other than the French fries which is equivalent to McDonald standard. It was not worth the price or time to go. Definitely will not suggest to anyone!

This restaurant was excellent. Our waiter Konrad was very attentive and explained each course to us thoroughly. I would recommend to anyone in Japan.
