Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Can't say enough about the staff here. Very attentive and every need was met. The restaurant is very loud so at times, it was hard to hear conversation but the place is beautifully appointed and well done in every way. It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion!

Don't be fooled by this Michelin starred restaurant. The food was super salty, the filet came by itself-no vegetables at all. The bolognese was a couple of noodles and a bowl of ground beef. The Caesar salad had an odd lemon after taste and the salad seemed wilted. Underwhelmed and will not return.

Our service team was excellent. We wanted to try a number of items, and they made sure to pace them out, even with entrees as appetizers. They were great at dealing with our son (7.5) and whisked his food out faster than any restaurant I’ve seen. His steak cut with a butter knife, if that gives you any indication of the quality. Mac and cheese, potatoes, steaks were all phenomenal. The caesar salad was split for us and the presentation and deconstruction were both done really well. Overall a great experience and the service team was one of the best I’ve ever had!

Overall it's a good restaurant, but the smell from the kitchen is very strong throughout the room. It seems like there's no kitchen exhaust/fan.

My wife and I dined at Knife & Spoon for our wedding anniversary. We had been once before, on the night of our engagement. It was exactly as we remembered, with super attentive and friendly staff, and delicious food.

The steak was absolutely terrible, overcooked, over priced and possibly the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. The drinks were good, staff friendly and good dessert. Not worth it
