Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

The steak was absolutely terrible, overcooked, over priced and possibly the worst steak I’ve ever had in my life. The drinks were good, staff friendly and good dessert. Not worth it

Order the steak down a level, it was cooked to medium instead of medium rare as ordered. Side was also forgotten. Food quality seems to be down a bit since we last visited a few years ago, the steak was tough and chewy.

This is a must eat if you’re in the Orlando area. Everything was extremely fresh, light, and elegant. The value of their prices could easily warrant 2-3x more for what they charge for how good the food was.

Another really nice meal as K&S last night. Started with their new take on the classic wedge. Very good. Blue cheese foam was a nice creamy touch. The Doppio pasta was excellent as were the season vegetables either pistachio cream. Steaks were also very very good. On the whole the best meal of the week in town.

The food was magnificent. Well worth it for a special night out. Their signature cocktails are also very good.

My wife and I enjoyed Knife and Spoon very much. The service is second to none. We arrived almost an hour early planning to have a drink at the bar, but the staff was able to find us a table right away. Multiple servers through the evening made sure everything was perfect and always topped off. Each dish was delicious. Initially my steak was overcooked, ordered medium rare was close to well done. Mistakes will be made, it is how a place reacts that counts, and Knife and Spoon reacted perfectly and certainly made up for it and more. We live locally and will return.
