A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Unfortunately for a Father’s Day dinner we were beyond unimpressed. Our servers personality was great but the efficiency of this restaurant is just not acceptable. We waited about 10 minutes to even receive water , I placed an order for a glass of wine that took an honest 25 minutes to receive, no they were not super busy. We literally had to beg for silverware to the point we ordered fried green tomatoes and could not enjoy them because by the time we received the silverware they were cold. On top of that we ordered a lemonade that took over an hour to be served and a old fashioned that is typically served with one ice vide was served with multiple that caused the drink to be watered down. This was a very underwhelming experience for a bill that was knocking $300. There really needs to be some training on efficiency for the staff and this restaurant would thrive even more.

It’s was so HOT my family couldn’t enjoy the meal. So uncomfortable wouldn’t recommend until they fix the air. The dress code is not enforced look like i was going to a hood club very disappointed

Food was great but the service was pretty slow. I ordered a cocktail but never received it; they said the bar was pretty backed up on orders and people were canceling due to that. I ended up canceling my drink order as well since I was done eating and ready to go at that point.

Even I don't know what to say...so I made reservation for our lunch there and when we arrived there was an enormous amount of people inside and standing outside in line waiting. After I said that we had a reservation, nobody paid attention and the hostess told us to wait. We waited 20 minutes outside until I came inside to make sure they actually knew about our reservation. The hostess checked our name and said to go back to waiting. It was 30 minutes past our reservation time and we still weren't seated and were waiting outside in direct sun with 95°F. When I came back and asked how much longer we had to wait, the hostess just told us to go back and stay in line. What a disappointment! So we just turned around and left. There was zero customer service there, and even seeing pregnant women standing in line for so long, it's just not polite to them either.

Let me start off by saying the food was very good and the servers were as well. The operation, not so much. We had a 12:30 reservation but didn’t get seated until 1:30. During our service, they didn’t have enough clean glasses to give us water. We also had to eat our $400 meal with plastic utensils. They also didn’t show me my bill at the end, she just read off the tablet. I honestly think I over paid thinking back but that’s on me for not checking closer. This place has 5 star restaurants pricing but not a 5 star experience.

I suggest getting a waiting/seating area for the front or advise guest not to leave there vehicle until there table is ready. I checked in at my reservation time at 1215. Was not seated until 1249. I love that my food was hot but to have a 90min table time were 45 minutes you are waiting on food. If I'm spending $300 I want to enjoy my drinks,food etc etc. Food is good, ambiance is cute,dj was cool. It took our waitress awhile to come back to our table not sure if she had tables on the other side or what. The alcoholic drinks took a while to be served. I'll be back but it will not be on another holiday or weekend.

Brought my family to the restaurant for Father’s Day for lunch wellll they sat us upstairs with the DJ and it was Very loud. (Music was great) This wouldn’t have been an issue if we had gotten a sitter for the 9 month old…… other than that the food was great, the servers we attentive. Also on a positive note the food is Always amazing.

Kitchen & Kocktails never disappoints. The food, ambience, and service are always TOP NOTCH; so much so that I don’t even mind gratuity automatically being applied to my bill. I’m a black business owner and I understand clients attempting to slight you even though they demand excellent service so I believe in tipping appropriately! Season was my waitress on my last experience and she was fabulous!

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. However, the service was extremely slow. Considering the lag time for the waiter to return to the table, it is imperative that certain things are provided up front. For example, the silverware only had a fork. It took forever to get additional utensils and everything else. It was very overcrowded, despite having a reservation. Again, the food was very good. However, if you're going to charge premium prices (plus 15% gratuity), the service and ambiance should match the price.
