Poursuivant l'héritage du steakhouse d'origine de Dallas crée en 1954, le Kirby's Prime Steakhouse, fondé en 1999, est un restaurant primé servant du boeuf de qualité du Midwest vieilli et nourri au grain. Vous pourrez aussi apprécier des fruits de mer frais, des plats du jour et une large carte des vins du Nouveau et de l'Ancien Monde, stockés dans une cave impressionnante comptant plus de 3 000 bouteilles. Le Kirby's dispose d'un bar-salon de jazz branché, qui organise des concerts les vendredis et samedis soirs. Steaks to die for, with a well trained, informed and friendly staff. Great restaurants have that in common. They train their staff in every aspect of fine dining. From knowing the menu, to placing the silverware, to when and how to check in at the table.... The food here is awesome. Steaks become memories days later where you can still sense the taste, and savor the flavor. The staff is friendly, and makes your dining out a first class experience.

We felt like we were at a cafe. The table was not set . There were 6 of us and the waitress did not seem to be trained in steakhouse manners or setting. Food and knives and just about everything was passed across the table from one end to the other. Used forks or butter knives were not replaced timely.

We have been dining at Kirby's as a family for many years. The dining experience is consistently great. Kirby's is equally as good as other steakhouses in the area, but with a smaller and more intimate feel, which makes special occasions that much more so. We have and will continue to recommend Kirby's to others.

It was Mother's day, so we knew it would be busy, but two parties, who were seated near us, arrived after we did and left before us. Also, we informed our server that my wife had a serious food allergy and he didn't notice that our favorite appetizer had a new garnish - that includes the allergic ingredient. When the entre finally arrived, it was very good - like we have come to expect from Kirby's - but we certainly were not ready for the substandard service. It may be some time before we go back...

We had never visited Kirbys and had a great Mothers Day lunch. The food was amazing and the server was very nice. They even provided a Gluten Free menu and discussed all my food allergies before my order was taken. We will be back.

Went for Mother’s Day brunch. There was an advertisement that offered brunch and lunch items and also the traditional menu. There were no brunch items offered, only the regular menu. We asked the waiter and he didn’t know anything about it. I was expecting brunch as advertised and it was not offered, so I was very disappointed. Should not have advertised brunch /lunch items when they are not offered.

My birthday was mentioned as we checked in and by the waiter and a wonderful free dessert. Little things like that make a girl feel special. The white table cloth, candle lit ambiance was just what I wanted for this special birthday. The food was wonderful and huge portions.

It was our 36th wedding anniversary and we wanted a special place to celebrate. We couldn't have picked a better restaurant! It was elegant but the lighting was a little too dark for me. Our server, Armando S., was professional, polite, attentive and extremely knowledgeable. We selected a bottle of Vino dei Fratelli "Moscato d'Asti which was very smooth. We ordered a crab cake appetizer. It was very good. We chose the 7 ounce filets with asparagus and mashed potatoes for our entrees. Words cannot describe how delicious they tasted! The steak was cooked to perfection. They cut like butter and practically melted in our mouths. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. When Armando learned it was our anniversary he brought us Crème Brulee to complete the meal. We highly recommend Kirby's.

The food and service at Kirby's is top notch. Any time I try a filet elsewhere, I compare it to Kirby's as my gold standard. They season it perfectly and cook it to temperature perfectly every time. No gimmicks or sauces needed. Just a perfect steak. Pair it with a huge selection of great whiskey selections and you have a winner. My wife's sea bass was also perfect. The sides are great and the bacon jalapeno Mac and cheese is a must. We'll be back soon!

In all the years we’ve lived here, we don’t know why we’ve never gone to Kirby’s. We were deciding on a place for my parents’ anniversary dinner and someone recommended it. So we decided to try it for something different. So glad we did! Everything was great from the service to the food. Everyone in our party of 12 enjoyed it. We’ll be back!

We went for Easter Brunch. Added some people late and reservation was changed from 3 to 8 people but we were pleasantly accommodated. Food and service was excellent as always which is why we keep going back.

Great family dinner! Food and service were very good. One steak came out undercooked (I think they mixed up who ordered what temp) but they fixed it. It took a little longer than I would have liked as everyone else was almost done eating. I would suggest having everyone cut into steaks like most restaurants do. Instead we waited several minutes for someone to come back after we were served. Dessert and a card were given to a family member celebrating a birthday which was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back.

We celebrated a birthday for my cousin and from the time Matthew (waiter) welcomed us to the time we left well after closing, this was one of THE best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Even though the sea bass was a little lukewarm when they brought it out, we were immediately accommodated with a fresh replacement that tasted even better. We ❤️ Kirby’s and the excellent staff who did everything to make our evening a memorable one. Thank you all!

A great restaurant, great food, great wine and great waiter. The only thing we were disappointed in we were celebrating an anniversary and when it came time for a dessert, we told him we did not want dessert. We were ready to leave so he brought us out a plate that said happy anniversary with a dessert on it which we thought was very nice and we thought it was complementary since we had told him we did not want a dessert but when we got the bill we were charged $12 for that dessert so just be aware.
