The Kings Head is a traditional seaside pub in the coastal town of Cromer, right on the High Street and just a short walk away from its famous pier. The town is beautiful all year round, and, if a beach day isn't your thing, we're also within easy reach of the Norfolk Coastal Path - a great way to enjoy Norfolk's fresh sea air and dramatic landscapes. We're proud to offer a menu packed with the most appetising dishes. Staff were lovely and friendly even though they were rushed off their feet. Food was lovely and reasonable priced. All cooked lovely and served piping hot.

Menu was good much better than in the past. I thought the dishes were pricey but the food was good. I felt totally ripped off with the service charge added to the bill. Stupidly I didn’t check the bill and we always leave a tip so paid twice!! The drinks were expensive too, but it is a hotel! I’d go again but I would check my bill

Overall, I would say that my experience was positive. The food was good and people were very friendly. There was a slight mix up with the tills but apart from that, the service was good. There is a doorbell that goes off whenever a meal is ready which at first seems like a good idea however it did upset our dog. I would definitely recommend trying here.

We had to wait while the previous couple vacated the table and it was cleaned. When ordering the food they had run out of the Sunday roast. I ordered the pie but that was off the menu. Settled for the chicken. Seemed to be a while before the food was served however one of the staff did apologise. Overall no complaints about the food.

I eat here Avoid bank holidays, just could not cope and staff seem overwhelmed, even though we booked . Food portion was poor as there probably RSM out.

Lady behind the bar was very welcoming and jolly. Had a laugh with her whilst ordering food. Food was excellent and served piping hot. Highly recommended

Booked a table for 8pm. Arrived to find they stop serving at 8pm ..... So had to find somewhere else at the last moment. Wont be going back!

Very first time coming the staff where friendly and helpful even tho u where busy ordered food wasn’t a long wait got the food and the food was delicious I had the fish I was lovely and crispy on the batter and the fish was flakey and juice defo will be back again

We booked a table online for the King's Head at 8pm, and arrived there at 8.08pm to be told the kitchen closes at 8pm and they wouldn't serve us. A wasted journey. Why accept bookings for 8pm if that's when the kitchen closes?
