Our waitress never checked on us for anything. Other larger tables seated after us received their meals before we did (table of 2). My husband ordered the Salmon, and the waitress brought halibut. We called out the error, and the waitress tried to convince us to just eat the halibut instead of fixing the order. No discount or apology offered for the wait time (90 min), food error that was not corrected, or the poor service.

Nice restaurant, very beautiful inside and out. Three stars on the food because the prime rib ordered as 'medium' was overdone and a bit tough. Then again, this is a fish restaurant not a steakhouse.

Summary of our experience: Rushed service (entree came out before we were done with our salad, no offer of salt of pepper (not on tables), water without ice, soupy linguini, a Caesar salad swimming in dressing, but a decent grilled coho salmon. Salad not included with entree. Bread/roll also additional charge. Not worth the price given the experience, food quality and lack of offering a rounded out meal.

We tried three different types of salmon here and they were all fabulous! Breakfast was also great!

End of season so short staffed. Those we interacted with were nice. Most food selections were tasty. The coconut crusted Halibut appetizer was my favorite. Salads tend to be over dressed so get the dressing on the side. The salmon and Halibut entrees are the best. The steak is okay, the chicken not worth it. The warm apple crisp dessert was yummy but the Blueberry bread pudding was disappointing.

Lauren was key to our dining experience. She connected with us and explained the meal selections quite well. There were 4 of us and we selected 3 different entrees. Each was bursting with flavor leaving our taste buds dancing for more. We had Linguine, Halibut and Salmon. We had scallops and they were tender and absolutely delicious. I will tell everyone to dine here when in Denali.

Always a little worried at a hotel restaurant but we had a great experience. The food was excellent and we had a fantastic server-Lauren. A great dining experience!
