They claim they are no longer part of Open Table. I showed my reservation and was told it doesn’t matter. Have to call them in order to make a reservation.

We were there on a Wednesday at lunch, one of the first guests. We were warmly greeted, our server, Snow, was outstanding, and the food was exceptionally good. We're going back next week!

We had an amazing time for my friend’s 50th birthday celebration. I do, however, hope we get another server. She was not very thorough, was snippy, and impatient. Otherwise, our experience was awesome. Shout out to the dj for moving us.

Went here with family for my 20 birthday & food & drinks were great. Service was outstanding & for a party of 12 food didnt take long to come out

The food was good. The service was nothing special. We waited at the front entrance for some time before someone seated us. All while and employee was wiping the front doors. I was like what the heck! If I would have known is was just another juicy crab with a clever name I would not have reservations. But the food was not bad. If you like that sort of thing.

The food was good we all had a good time there… the crab legs were cooked prefect and the drinks were good as well. Had an outstanding waitress that took care of a party of 10 on Xmas eve

The food was good but for the prices not worth it. The quality and quantity not adding up in my opinion. I know seafood is high during this inflation but it's ridiculous at this amount.

I was seated promptly. I ordered a seafood boil and an item was missing out of the boil. The overall taste of the boil was flavorful but salty. I ordered the garlic and butter medium. I ordered a half and half tea . The tea had enough sugar to sweetened an entire pitcher. I was given another half glass of unsweetened tea to mix it with and it was still too sweet. The service was excellent! Price for quality of food was reasonable.

I made reservations, and I noted that I will need a highchair upon seating. I asked 2 different employees 3 different times to please bring me a highchair. I had to walk around the restaurant and find my own highchair. NO one assisted me while I dragged the chair across the floor. The alcoholic beverages are watered down. Might as well order juice. Also, you won't get your drink from the bar until you're almost done eating. The crab boils are ALL salty. NO MATTER THE FLAVOR. If you have high blood pressure, take your pill before eating here. Also, order a water to go along with your salty seafood. No flavor. Just salty. Staff seem over worked. They forget everything! I will never return. (Expect a headache an hour after eating from all the sodium you just consumed.)

It took us 30 minutes to receive any type of service after sitting down. The food was a nice size portion however it was not the best And my friend ended up getting sick from the food. The drinks were all right but there was hardly any liquor in the drinks. Overall, the experience just was not good.

Service was on point. Food was ok but a little salty ask for garlic butter mild. Still too salty. Other than that was happy to go there!

Honestly, this was my 2nd time at King Claw and both times have been subpar. The 2nd time being the worst. I ordered the catfish and fries and the catfish was overcooked and visibly burnt. I ate one bite and the taste was awful. I told my waitress what my problem was and that since I only ate the fries to just charge me for a side of fries. The manager then came over and tried to make me pay full price for food that a- was burnt, b- I did not like and did not EAT, and c- tasted terrible. She was adamant about me paying. I told her she can call t he police because I was not paying and that I would only pay half and that I really should not be paying that. All the sudden (after telling me there was nothin she could do, thus lying to my face) she charged me for half of my meal. AVOID!!!! It's really not worth it.

The food was great! Everyone in my party really enjoyed themselves. The tea and lemonade was horrible. It tasted like sugar water. Tea is the cheapest thing to produce in a restaurant. The least they can do is add another tea bag or two to the water to make the tea stronger. I have a problem with a place that have weak tea when a tea bag probably cost 5 cents. I can sometimes overlook the food not being as good if the tea is on point. But the food was excellent. Also I'm usually a big tipper, but since the gratuity was added into my check in advance that is all that was given. I hate that part. I know it's for the people who don't tip, but for those that do it can be an insult.

Food was ok, but bar took like 40 min to get our drinks then brought of the drinks wrong we asked for a pina colada they brought a pineapple juice over rocks then we asked for claps for the crab legs like twice took like 30 mins to get then After all still got charged 30$ worth of tip when the services was horrible Waitresses are dancing to the music and not worrying about their customers

The restaurant is amazing. I love how it looks inside. I remember when it was Joe’s Crab Shack, looks better inside than when it was Joe’s and the food can’t be compared. The food was delicious and priced very well. I will be back.
