Kinaara is Chef Ashish Sathyan's scratch Indian restaurant. We specialize in dishes from Kerala but feature from all over the diverse sub-continent. Try our famous Butter Chicken but also add on a dish you probably have never heard of, all of it will be amazing. You will find items that are not on any other menu, such as Grandma's Fish and Mango Curry and beef specials. We are a small casual restaurant that let's the food be the star.

Wonderful food, service was great! Brought kids and was their first time having Indian food and waiter did a wonderful job with suggestions to ease in. They really like it! Great place!

I took a friend here for the first time to try the Thali. As always, incredible food and such a gorgeous space. I love how Chef Ashish comes to each table and asks them about their dining experience. I've never been disappointed going here and other Indian restaurants in town don't compare in my opinion! I always try to take friends here if they haven't been.

I visited the original location in Millard over a dozen times, especially when the Butter chicken sandwich was around for lunch specials on Fridays, but this was my first time at the new location in Regency. Wonderful, charming, and extremely inviting space with a very attentive and friendly staff. Food was amazing as it’s always been, and I’m so glad I was able to make my way back for a delicious date night with my wife. Thank you so much for the great night!

The Executive Chef is top notch. Always pleasantly visits with us every time asking us how was everything. The food is delicious, service is kind and we really like the quiet, classy atmosphere.

This is the best Indian food! The masala fries are a must order. Loved the sampler platter available on Wednesday and Thursday. Great way to find what you like! The chef is so engaging too!

I am a big fan of Indian food and Kinaara did not disappoint! This is now my favorite Indian restaurant in Omaha. The Malai Kofta was outstanding. The chef made rounds to each table. Very charming gentleman. Looking forward to going back.

Kinaara is consistently great food and great service. From special events to solo, duo, and group meals, I've never had anything but warm, friendly service and hot, delicious food. Having specialties you don't see at every Indian restaurant is enough to make it stand out, and the service is enough to make you come back

Loads of halal options and vegetarian dishes. The o net and head chef, Ashish, came out to to greet diners and was very kind! I love that experience! Gorgeous interior! Such a fun vibe!

We struggled with finding flavor in some of the food we ordered. The butter chicken was a little bland. The pork belly was as well. The tandoori chicken was dry. The chili chicken appetizer was good however and we liked the naan. The service was great.

It was stinkin great food! The place was so modern and really cute with bright colors! Drinks were also incredible! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants great Indian food!

Our meal was so delicious and affordable. We ordered two appetizers and entrees and it was significantly less expensive than we were imagining. Also, we had to take home leftovers because it was so much food!

The food is delicious. The menu is small but has a variety of options. The Masala fries with chicken is an appetizer but is definitely enough for an entrée. My daughter is picky and said this was a 10/10. I would absolutely agree. It is a hidden gem at Regency.

Had a great time, will be going back for sure. Our waiter was very personable and very helpful with menu questions. The chef/owner came around to each table to make sure everything was perfect.

Good and service were both fantastic. Everything we ordered was executed very well. Server was knowledgeable and helped explain the less well-known menu items. Prices were reasonable for the quality of the food. We will definitely be returning.

Food was good once order was corrected. I think it was mostly based on service and our waitress. She mixed up a few things. Also food was slow to come, which was strange since it wasn’t very busy. Once everything was corrected all was well. I’ll try again.

Food and service always excellent at Kinaara. We loved the shared masala ftries with chicken. I always try to get the fish pollichathu only available on Friday and Saturday. So so so good!

The food was amazing! The service was slow (we sat for over 20 minutes without a server even greeting us and it was slow moving throughout the meal), but the food almost made up for it.

Best “Indian” food in the area!! Ashish is the sauce master! Such an amazing chef. Great service with gifted and well-trained staff who are foodies & passionate about working at Kinaara. You’ll love it there.

The fried beef was bland so we used the samosa sauces. I had the goat stew, which was tasty but not a lot of meat. There were 2 larger bones but not much meat on them. The samosas were good & you can't go wrong with naan. The bartender didn't know how to make a manhattan! Best to order off their drink list. We got French 75's which were fine. Our server was great. Didn't get bogged down with the issues we encountered. Sorry but we won't be going back.
