Nos recibieron de mal agrado. Aun teniendo reservación, nos pidieron un deposito de $600 MXN x persona, cuando se supone que solamente se hace el cobro para walk-ins (según su sitio web). Tampoco hubo mención de esta condición en OpenTable. La comida está sobrevalorada, y el estacionamiento es exclusivo para huéspedes del hotel. No recomendamos ir, hay varias opciones alrededor.

Place was super esthetic, felt pressure when I was trying to order and way expensive , couldn’t get to one of the nests or would have to pay 8,000 to sit there .

Luis and Manu were a delight, we appreciated their attention to detail, service and generosity. Their knowledge of the local history and experience of the cuisine was amazing. Definitely a gastronomy experience, with friendly staff. Highly recommend coming during “off” season as well to get some intimate time with the staff and more immersive experience.

Es la primera vez que antes de sentarnos a cenar me hicieron dejar un depósito de U$S 500, me quedé ya que tenía invitados , deplorable su personal y manager , nadie supo decirme el qué !!

I was so looking forward to this experience because I didn’t get a chance to do it 2 years ago when I was in Tulum. I booked the restaurant a month in advance for my birthday at sunset to be able to experience the nests. We were told when we got to the restaurant that we would need to pay extra in order to be able to dine or even sit in the nests. I wasn’t even allowed to go up to the nest to look at it!!! Rip off experience. We got so upset we had drinks and left because it was a constant pay more and get this and pay more and get that. We don’t have this type of cover charges in La! The restaurant was also COMPLETELY empty and I understand why. They turned everyone off and nobody returns. Stay away at all cost!

La experiencia fué excelente, el ambiente, la comida, a pesar del ingente calor… Queríamos almorzar en el Nest, pero por el calor nos recomendaron hacerlo adentro. No nos gustó que no nos permitieron una foto por lo menos allí, porque no está organizado. Ya que uno gastó tanto dinero, debieron permitimos esos 5 minutos de fotografía allí en el Nest. Y mas porque viajamos desde lejos para conocerlo especialmente. Thats it.

We went to have breakfast at Azulik hoping to have a good experience. The host who served us was friendly, but everything else disappointed us. We waited over 45 minutes for our order while the restaurant was almost empty. The waiter was not attentive and much less friendly. We expected to have a much more unique experience, but we left there disappointed with poor service and food of which the quality did not match the price.
