Located on the corners of Washington and Union Street at the Biltmore Garage. Kin Southern Table + Bar is a full service restaurant offering classic Southern + Soul dishes. Dive into a symphony of flavors that tell stories of tradition and love. From mouthwatering collard greens to golden-fried chicken that speaks to the soul, each dish is a tribute to heritage.

Friday and Saturday nights, we are open for Kin After Hours until 1am. During this time, we offer a limited food menu and cocktails. There's typically a DJ on both nights.

Wait time was very long with no explanation from any servers, management etc. not many patrons at the time as well.

Had a business meeting there they were very accommodating and putting us at a corner table away from the rest of the guest and then after the meeting we were able to have lunch and enjoy the musical atmosphere I am. I enjoy bringing clients there they love the place the service and the food. We had two large orders of chicken wings and cornbread and spiked lemonade which was absolutely wonderful they dressed it up with cherries that I am addicted to will be back this weekend for brunch. Just found out they also do catering so I'll be looking into them doing a reception for me later on next month.

Food took pretty long for being to only people in the restaurant, when food arrived it was wrong which didn’t make any sense. Ordered the catfish they sent out shrimp po boy. When I told the server the food was wrong, she looked at me funny and checked her notes and confirmed she rang in the food wrong. They were gracious enough to remove the shrimp po boy from our bill. The food wasn’t good to boot, everything tasted of rancid fryer oil, fries were cut in all different inconsistent shapes and were soggy, flavorless chicken and catfish, nothing from the fryer was crispy at all. I got home and could not stop burping up fryer oil. Theres lots of restaurants in PVD that are great, this is not one of them. We had a poor experience especially for the restaurant being empty. :( it’s a shame cause the food is also expensive for what it was

Food is always top notch! And luckily I went on a live music Jazz night. The saxophonist Mike Rollins was beyond amazing!

I was really looking forward to trying this establishment. While the staff was all very nice and the vibe was good, the food could definitely have been better. It was OK. I got the "A Little TLC" and liked the roasted potatoes (mix of regualr and sweet) but the toast came dry and the scrambled eggs were overcooked. The place has a lot of potential for sure. Beignets were good. They didn't have creamer for the coffee, only milk which also seemed odd. Could use a good cleaning too. Maybe better for night life when they have their DJ spinning.

Great food and atmosphere. Service was great and so was the cornbread! The chicken was moist and the collard greens were flavorful. I highly recommend!

Another delicious meal with great service! Catfish has been my go to every time. I need to switch it up but it’s so good. Appreciate the good music vibe as well.
