The new salmon roll is superior! Greeted with a smile and warm welcome, seated promptly, and the service was attentive. Every roll, we ordered nearly all on the menu were beyond expectations delicious and the serving was hearty. Beautiful views, beautiful people, and a lively vibe. Don’t miss the opportunity to take the panoramic stroll around the interior before or after your reservation , a real treat.

Usually we have a great time there but this last visit, it took over an hour to get two rolls and the server never came by to check on us from the time we ordered until we were finished eating. If it was a packed night I would understand more but the restaurant was maybe half full. The food was still great

I thought the menu would showcase more items especially since the social media ad I saw that brought me there showed a few more items. The salmon H rolls were the best with the bbq eel sauce. the Edamame could use some more flavor. The service was good though and the views good too. I don't love how small the tables are but I guess that fits the ambiance.

I absolutely loved the view. The hostess ensured my request for a window seat was accommodated. When attempting to be seated the hostess found a couple had taken my table. She was extremely professional, quietly explained that the table had been reserved and had them to move to an area that did not require reservations. She then had my table cleared, cleaned, and set again for me to dine. I appreciate the customer service of the hostess and my server.

I enjoyed everything about this place! The views are really great I appreciated how the window tables faced the window. Food was limited but great quality and very tasty. The only con I have is that we left hungry even after eating 5 rolls. Drinks were well made as well very different but great!

We were looking for a cool sushi bar for dinner and Kessaku popped up on Open Table. It seemed like a good choice, but it's really a night club not a sushi bar. A pretty expensive night club (drinks & sushi), so if you're looking for a traditional sushi bar experience this isn't it. It is a great place to people watch and eat sushi in a night club environment.

I always have a wonderful experience and good food at Kessaku. It keeps me coming back. The only thing is that it was 75+ degrees out that evening and they had the heat on! Whyyy…I walked in and immediately felt the heat blow on me as I was being seated. This is TX! Set the thermostat at 70 and call it day! I was told the hostesses were cold. But I’m seeing patrons fanning and asking abt the temperature. Hostesses need a sweater…it’s abt the patrons. No way I see ppl hot and not adjust the temp. Anywho, everything else was a win!

View was amazing, server was great, sushi were fresh. A bit disappointed that we didn’t get a table by the window despite request- also saw host moved out seats from window to inside.

Great views. Drinks are a little costly but worth it. I liked the Kyoto old fashioned. Food is very good. Queen nigiri roll is amazing. Sashimi is the best around. Great place to bring out of town guests if you want to show off Dallas.

Awesome ambience, the food is pricy but is excellent tasting and they are very accommodating to allergy’s. The view was awesome, keep in mind if you go on a Friday or Saturday night it may be a little loud.

Excellent service and food, but the restaurant layout was terrible (i.e., too many seats crammed into a tiny dining space). We had to physically move our table for each guest to sit.

Very disappointing, the food was horrible. The sushi plates we ordered were not fresh and the rice tasted old, so the seafood. I don’t mind paying for overpriced food but in this case, the food was horrible and I got bothered with the lack of quality. The waitress was ok, a bit snobbish and the other waitress serving water was extremely rude. We ordered six plates and at the end of each plate she would come to our table and ask- are you ready to order more ? She asked the same questions about ten times. We just wanted to relax, a joy our drinks, and enjoy the view. Extremely annoying. It seems like she wanted us to be consuming food for every second we stayed there. Not to mention we were still sipping on our drinks. We left less than an hour later because she was no annoying and rude. I have a lot of friends from work (I’m a lawyer) that comes to Dallas for work and always ask me for recommendations, I’m definitely telling them not to go to this place.

a good place for a romantic date. views of dallas were spectacular. the ambience was great. not a first date type of place. youre going to spend $150 minimum for 2. and you will still be hungry when you leave. lol. prices crazy high. but a nice place to go to sometimes

Food was delicious but I only gave the food four stars because some of it just doesn’t go with some simple Asian dishes I normally would get. But overall good good and service. Very quaint.

Absolutely positively love this place. Also, don’t forget to ask for Lauren as your waitress she will make your experience. Unbelievable.

We had reservations at 9:15 and were notified at 10:30 that our table was ready. By that point we were ready to go and did not wish to be seated. Ultimately decided to leave.
