We were not able to dine here. They must’ve been very short staff. There was no host at the stand, and several waiters told us they would get to us soon. While standing there we noticed only a few tables had food the rest looked frustrated. After a long wait with no one to seat us we left. What food we saw, looked good however. Not sure how to rate since we never were seated. Maybe another time.

With our reservation we were seating quickly and on time. People without reservations had to wait. Offered drinks within 5 minutes of seating which was more than acceptable. Good timing with appetizers and main entrees. Server was extremely efficient and informative. Over all a great expeirence.

Had the meat lovers pizza. Pepperoni, Sicilian sausage, ham, and BACON. If ever there was a time to accept a heart attach, its this pizza, It is simply DELICIOUS. The pizza dough was crusty and not wet or soggy and with 8 huge slices. We ate 5 and took the rest to our time share at Hilton Mystic Dunes for breakast. A must do if you are in.

The salmon was tastefully done with flavors that tingled the palate. Add a red Merlot and the meal was balanced. Jim provided the musical entertainment and the lava cake desert erupted to a great evening. Thank you.

I have been to Kenzie’s for many years and the ambience, food & entertainment has always been a B+. But last night, 2/26/24, the Wait Service was an F-. We (a party of 10) arrived 5 minutes before our reservation and AN HOUR after we arrived, not one Server came to our table to even take our drink order. We decided to go to the Bar to order our drinks…. where we mentioned this to the Manager (who was serving as the bartender for the night ☹️). Totally unacceptable!!!! I’m not sure WHEN I may return to Kenzie’s—as the Service has been declining over the past year anyway. But last night was TOTALLY A-W-F-U-L.

Still understaffed for the number of guests, losing money if not selling drinks, food. Service has improved with courtesy of server as a year ago the service was terrible.

Long wait even though not crowded. Order was incorrect, but still good (asked to add cheese to scrambled eggs but no cheese and selected home fries as side but received fruit). Fruit was surprisingly good for January so this turned out to be a happy accident.

Although Kenzie's is in the middle of renovations, our dining experience was extremely nice. We sat in the bar area, and had appetizers at the bar. The staff was outstanding and friendly. The quality of what we did eat was very good. We can only imagine that once the renovations have been completed, the overall experience will be even better.

Had the Sunday brunch, not a lot to choose from. Eggs were ok, bacon was awful with no other sausage offered. The potatoes were pretty good but had some fatty beef. Fruit was limited, mostly honeydew melon. Sweets were good.

The only reason we went here was because we received free vouchers for it. The French toast was completely undercooked and the omelette was burnt. The other food was just ok. The waitress never even came back to check on us so we had to find someone to check us out. Needless to say we were glad it was free.

I was concerned when I first walked in as the venue was quiet and as such did not have much atmosphere, however, the food was good. Service was direct - no fluff but we got everything we ordered and was attentive, if a little rushed.

The food was exceptional- in taste and value. The variety of food, the personal carving station and omelet station were wonderful. Fresh seafood - crab claws and large shrimp, amazing. Truly enjoyed the dining experience.

What a beautiful Easter brunch! We had neighbors join us for a wonderful time. The food choices were beyond our expectations. The carving station had 3 different meats. Eggs benedict, bacon, sausage, crapes, shrimp, crab, potato salad just to mention a few course items, backed up with a pastry counter and desert bar that even included a chocolate fountain. We would definitely do this one again. Thank you to all that worked to make our day spectacular!

We went for the couples Valentine’s Day dinner. The food was excellent but I’m not sure if they have ever done a dinner like that. There were only a couple of servers working so they may have been short staffed. I would like to have had a steak knife to use for the beef. Also, they gave us salad plates for the entree and brought the entree on a platter. We were to share it which was not a problem but I would have liked to have been given regular size plates. I used the salad plate and told my husband to eat off the platter. This was a very nice meal, otherwise. We had 4 courses; seared ahi tuna, salad, chateaubriand with crispy truffles potatoes and broccolini, followed by raspberry cheesecake and two big chocolate dipped strawberries. There was a paper with the menu on the table with a glass of water on it holding a rose. It might have been fun to have a place to take photos as a little extra.

We had a good time…music was fantastic. Ambience was great. Service was good—except 2 of the 12 dinners (mine & my husband’s) came out late, and it was cold and dry!

We had an awesome New Year’s Eve dinner. First time dining at Kenzie’s and we loved the food and the service!

Christmas Buffet: no one came to our table to take our drink order, actually had to go to the service station to ask servers who were watching tv...plates were not removed until we stacked them to the side. When we left we still did not know who our server was supposed to be and the 22% tip was an auto charge (there were only 3 of us). Prime rib was very good while turkey was dry, smashed potato bar, stuffing and over cooked baby carrots were the sides with mixed greens and toppings for a salad. Desserts were apple pie, pecan pie and pumpkin pie. Apple and pecan pies were good, wish there was whipped cream for the pecan pie and coffee offerred with dessert. Disappointed for a Christmas brunch.

Fried banana cheesecake to die for. Good food. Portions were ample. After a slow start service picked up.

Server was very pleasant and solicitous. Our food order came out at all different times first one meal then the next then the third then the 4th. The third and fourth dinners both had to be sent back since they were cooked wrong. A $30 steak ordered medium rare shouldn't be well done. Will think twice before going back.

We sat down and it took about 10 minutes for anyone to come over to the table..our server was basically non existent and when we finally got our food after an hour after we ordered, it was cold and just not very good. I would recommend going elsewhere.
