I have been going to Kendall's B. for a long time. It was my favorite restaurant before concerts. However it has declined over years. The decor now is boring. Their food tasted good but overpriced. Little Gem Salad was good. Steak frites was $52 and chicken was $42. Too expensive for what was given. We ordered Pinot Noir and Cabarnet and they were served in wrong glasses (small white wine glasses.) The amount was about 4 ounces. $21 for a 4 ounce of pinot!! They used to have good French bagets now they have soft rolls. I don't know if I go there again unless I know prices lowered.

I have been going to this restaurant for many years, and tonight it was just off. It was a limited menu, which I understood was because the chef, was out of town. Unfortunately, the gem salad had a dressing that I didn’t care for, so I sent it back. The main course which was salmon was delicious, however, it was served with a bed of something that was in insufficient, and a little salad was served with just some lettuce and nothing else. The bread seemed like it was Hawaiian rolls that you buy in the market. Just not the same Regarding the ambience, The restaurant had a DJ playing music that really wasn’t geared towards the Disney Hall concert going crowd (too loud and upbeat.) the DJ I think should start after people leave to go to the shows. The service was excellent, they attended to all of our needs, and were happy to take the salad off the bill Not the Kendall brasserie that I am accustomed to. But maybe it was just an off night.

Kendall’s is a very pleasant space, the food was ver good though the menu isn’t big, and the service was outstanding. Prices are a little on the high side but not out of line with comparable restaurants. An excellent choice if you’re going to an event at the Music Center or Disney Hall.

Extremely limited entrée menus. 4 choices. Food was delicious but for the price portions were small.

The service was excellent. Our waiter, David, was nice and attentive, and everything happened promptly. The broth for the mussels is back the way I raved about it years ago.

This menu is very limited and the food was very average. It’s unfortunately the only choice for pre-theatre dining. We still miss the previous Kendall’s—it was so much better.

Immediate seating upon arrival time; great customer care; tasty food, though a little pricey; nice, friendly, low-key environment surrounded with a French feel. We had a leisurely brunch prior tour Ahmanson experience! One recommendation is to expand your gluten-free offerings.

Dined with friends before the theater. Drinks at the bar were great. Service at the table was great. Food was OK. A little over priced for the caliber of food received. The salmon was OK nicely done. My husband‘s chicken Parmesan was OK the side dishes had absolutely with no flavor. the pasta with the short rib Ragu is still good.

The Branzino for 52.00 was not worth it, part of the fish was soaked in olive oil and other was dry :) my daughter had the Steak Frites which was very good.
