I’ve been here many times but this time was a disaster. Food came out cold and drinks took 20 minutes to get. Waitress couldn’t remember our order. Two of us ordered a filet. But it was a beat up sirloin at best. Super disappointed.

Wait just forgot what drink I ordered and what food we ordered. Restaurant seems cheap. Looking inside for a really nice casino. Tables are awfully large almost too big because when you talk to the person across from you they’re like 3 1/2 feet away closes too early for a casino restaurant should be open till midnight.

We started with the fried deviled eggs which were unbelievable! My wife had the filet medium with garlic mashed and a Caesar side salad while I had the sirloin medium rare with baked potato. The steaks were both cooked perfectly and everything else was fantastic as well.

Very good dinner items. Waitress was distracted and didn’t give personalized service. Was like she was servicing 25 other tables.

Hopefully it was just a bad day and not a return to covid days. The last 3 times I ate here it was great! This past Saturday was disappointing. I had the chicken sandwich with ranch wedge potatoes. The potatoes had been sitting around for quite awhile, maybe since Friday? Didn't even try to eat it. The chicken sandwich is dry and tasteless. Please stop putting that vegetable relish on it! It's awful! The wedge salad that my husband had was good and the mushroom fry appetizer was as always delicious. Husband's burger was dry.

Wasn’t bad wasn’t great. Service was good food was ok. $128 dinner for 2 with over cooked steaks. Didn’t complain and tipped my server 20% because he was good. Had a reservation for tonight as well since we are staying 2 nights at the Isle but cancelled it

Our server Katrina was really nice, she stopped by several times to see how we were doing and how the food was. Food was pretty good. Significant other had the filet medium rare he did say it was more rare then he would like it to be but ate it anyways. Overall our experience was good.

Very tasty food and great service, menu is lacking just a bit and slightly on the higher end for comparable casino steakhouses that have more options to choose from.

Waitress was attentive and polite. Food was nothing special. There was a set menu for the evening that wasn’t advertised on website, if had been advertised we wouldn’t have went. Very little flavor in prime rib and potatoes. Sauces brought out in paper cups. It’s not McDonald’s. For the price you should at least get genuine serving dishes. Smoke from casino blew into restaurant which impacted the evening. Personally I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Service and food were both awesome! Hubby had the ribeye and I had the filet mignon and both were done to our liking. So good and flavorful! Our server (can't remember his name) was very attentive and friendly. Have been here before and will definitely be back.

Service and food were great and pricing was very reasonable for a nice meal. Only complaint would be the acoustics made it hard to have a conversation. Heard all the conversation in the place it seemed.

The food was good as always. I wish there here a vegetarian option. I created one by ordering 4 veggie sides, but an actual menu item as an option would be nice.

Waited an extremely long time just for our water and menus, and even longer time for our drinks. Luckily we were very patient and not in a rush, any other time I would’ve walked out. We were early enough that it was not busy at all, yet the service was EXTREMELY slow. The pasta entrees were good but the salmon and the prime rib might as well been microwaved tv dinners. Not good at all. I guess the only way I’d come back would be strictly for the pasta…but unlikely.

I was disappointed in the limited choices for NYE. We have eaten many times at Keller’s we didn’t feel it was as good as we’ve experienced in the past. I would recommend Keller’s as we’ve always enjoyed previous dining experiences there

Casey is a great bartender. The fried portabello mushrooms are the best and the coconut shrimp is amazing. I had the salmon with the wedge salad and although the wedge was good, the salmon was horrible.

It was very good and the service was great. Only thing I miss is the variety of breads and the green tomatoes they used to give you before your meal. They were so good.

$100 Diamond celebration meal. Told the waitress at the start of the meal and we were adding up as we went. Told her we wanted to make sure we used it all. Ever notice that although prices go up the celebration amount stays at 100? At the end of the meal she brings the bill. We were at apx 90. She didn’t ask us if we wanted an after dinner drink, not if we wanted our bill yet. I told her we would like to add something to get to the $100 and she said since she already printed the ticket it was too late. What!?!? It’s not our fault you decided to print the ticket. She knew we wanted to spend it all. My husband tipped her over 20% and we left. Darn. Food was good. Except the ‘loaded’ baked potato- I would not recommend that. It’s definitely not loaded- there was enough topping for 1/2 the potato. Dessert was yummy.

Our waiter Ryan was AWESOME! We were not sure what we wanted to order, so Ryan and Robert (the General Manager) recommended that we start with the Fried Deviled Eggs. They are delicious! I highly recommend them! I had the Keller burger, my husband had the pork chop, and his uncle had the chicken sandwich. Everything tasted wonderful. Overall we were very satisfied with our meal and the very friendly staff!
