In addition to Kansas City’s finest hand-selected steaks, diners can also enjoy an array of seafood, salads and side dishes. Signature dishes include the 40-ounce Long Bone Ribeye, served on a butcher block with homemade KC Chop House steak sauce and truffle fries, chimichurri and bearnaise on the side; the KC Chop House Burger, consisting of local wagyu beef, black truffle cheese, fried onions and bacon jam.

KC Chop House features a unique wines-by-the-glass tasting option, where guests can customize pours in 3-, 6-, and 9-ounce options. Wines traditionally only sold by the bottle, such as Caymus Special Select, Silver Oak, Frank Family and various others, are included in the program, allowing guests to custom pair wine with each course.

Chef Crystal Morris, takes the lead as Chef de Cuisine, who brings more than 17 years of experience in fine dining.

I love a high-end steakhouse and KC Chophouse did not disappoint! I wish I could remember our waiters name, he was a true gem! Hopefully you can find my name with my credit card receipt so he can know what a wonderful job he did. My sister had the wagyu burger which was by far the best burger we've ever had. I would get that to go if I was traveling through town and didn't have time to stop and dine... it was THAT good. I had the seabass which was a nice portion and very delicious. My mom had the Delmonico ribeye. It was cooked to perfection. We also had the wedge salad and that gem of a waiter brought us the Eskimo sandwich for dessert, which was nothing short of amazing! I cannot wait until we return.

Excellent service from time we entered until we left. Food was perfect as always. If you are on a budget you should not eat here but if you are not it is some of the best food you will find.

Couldn’t ask for a better evening. Private room for 10 and a BDAY celebration. Meal was outstanding and the service top notch.

Service both at bar & dining EXCELLENT. Ambience quite nice. Love a restaurant where you can easily hear across the table. Menu good. Wedge salad could have been stellar if someone had cored the lettuce better. Waygu cheeseburger overcooked sadly and truffle fries limp. All edible but not simply fabulous. Prime rib and au gratin potatoes excellent. Oysters Rockefeller perfect. Overall good meal w a couple minor misses that would not deter me from returning.

Loved KC Chop House. Food was so good, Hostess and server were great. We had eaten at the steakhouse before it was changed. We enjoyed this menu more. Pricing is a little high, but the food is delicious. All in all it was a great evening.

Our meals were amazing. My wife had the half-a-chicken and I had the Delmonico Ribeye. The service was outstanding. Our waiter Cody was such a pleasant and attentive waiter, always smiling and just a joy to have serving us. I highly recommend this restaurant and if you get a chance, ask for Cody as your waiter....you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!!!
