Overall Katsuya hs gone a bit downhill compared to a year ago. No Oshibori & they still can’t get the sake menu correct, always out & not enough choices. The crab role is 1/2 imitation 1/2 real crab, most disappointing. California katsuya is far superior.

Sushi was just okay. As an avid sushi lover this was probably my least favorite spot especially for the price which was comparable to Blue Ribbon or Nobu.

The restaurant was basically empty. The drink that I ordered was swapped out was a different type of alcohol and I wasn’t told in advance that they didn’t have what I wanted. They gave us the check while we were still eating our meal while the restaurant was still under capacity, not the same vibe too bad. I really liked it in the past.
