Everything we experienced was very good. The only negative was the entrance had a significant amount of garbage present and the ladies washroom was out of toilet paper. Now this restaurant is attached to the Best Western Hotel so those issues might be the responsibility of the Hotel.

There was very loud live music during our dinner. When making the reservation on Open Table, there was no indication that there was going to be live music. As this was a dinner with guests visiting from out-of-town, and had small children, better description on Open Table would have been appreciated. Also when I called in to change the number of guests from 9 to 7, this was not followed thru and the table still had 9 places made. Overall the food and service was good, just poor follow thru on the updated number, and poor description on the Open Table website.

There was a musician playing who was great but the music was too loud. You could barely hear your friends talk. We weren't there for a concert. Food was just soso. Burger was overdone, no lettuce or anything and fries half full. The rest of the food was just ok. Our server was fine. With so many great places to go in Kamloops we won't go back. Parking is insane the lot is filled with huge pickup trucks so hard to get in an out.

Food and service was good. Noise was very loud do to IMO a horrible live music entertainer. Drinks are incredibly expensive 15$ an ounce is ridiculous . Our two can dine for 99$ turned into a 205$ dinner with tip and three added drinks. Probably won’t revisit due to the expensive add one. Oh and the manager who was present, keep in mind this is a fine/casual dining restaurant , wore jeans a baggy tshirt and a ball cap. Come on man, at least try to look the part of a professional. I’ll say no I wouldn’t recommend but will definitely let people know of the experience and let them decide. The dinner was a V-Day special and they asked to text a phone number to I believe the manager. I had a couple of questions he answered one. I retexted at 12:15 and he replied promptly at 10:15 that night lol

Very busy night but awful service. The live music was too loud and wasn't appropriate for the small venue. The set menu didn't suit our dietary needs. Too many spicy dishes not enough regular choices.

The restaurant was not as busy as it usually is on a Saturday yet our server did not acknowledge our existence for 20 minutes (not even saying hello or giving us water) yet she checked on all her other tables twice in that time. We had to ask the hostess to be served. I will say this is unusual for them as I’ve always had a fairly good experience… and the food was great, as usual.
