Karma is located at Km 7.5 at the Kanan Hotel, indoor and outdoor service, rooftop is private and romantic, we have a variety of distillates of the best quality. In response to the global health situation, we have implemented food safety protocols suggested and approved by the competent authorities, so the service environment is safe and innocuous.

What an absolute nightmare of an experience for dinner. We ordered 2 medium rare fillet mignon and got a medium well. The worst part about this is they were gaslighting me. The server basically is saying we ordered medium well when we repeatedly said medium rare, rare as in bloody. He acknowledged when he left our table. The Supervisor came few mins later, neither he or the server apologized and said they are correcting it. We were appreciative of it, still. Our plates returned, my bf’s meat got corrected, they served me the same meat literally the same meat that I cut in the middle to check how done it was sent that I sent back. I told the supervisor that it is the same meat I returned earlier. Instead of checking it with the kitchen, he bascially told me he could guarantee they replaced it. The worse part about is he’s almost trying to hush me out. The same meat I cut earlier, all he had to do is look at it meat, it was the same medium well meat which at that point because it rested, it’s alreasy well done. This is almost 2 hours in of sitting still without thr mean course. They tried to correct it, still no acknowledgement of what was wrong, or even apologized about it, my plate finally made it with a new steak that was poorly executed, they did my bf’s steak replacement right. I ate fee slices abd just could not eat my meal anymore as the steak was terrible and I’ve also lost my appetite. Grilled Octopus was great, drinks we had was meh. 1 Star for the

It was beautiful. Everything was perfect. The drinks was amazing, and the food.

Definitely over priced and over rated. They make you pay just for the view. The inside area was wayyyy too loud. And almost no GF options. I definitely don’t recommend spending $177+ per person here unless you just have money to burn. Sorry Karma. When your restaurant is completely empty, and you’re still gouging people for seats it really doesn’t add any additional flavors to the food.

Had a wonderful birthday experience, best food I’ve had in Tulum! Thank you for the hospitality, such a great experience. The dj was poppin!

Restaurants magnifique lieu improbable, le repas fut un vrai délice le seul problème je trouve est le prix minimum qu’on doit consommer par personne pour pouvoir manger dans les nids, cela s’étend à 90 euros par tête je trouve ça vraiment abusé mais bon on paye l’endroit ! Ce n’est pas préciser lors de la réservation donc attention ! Sinon on a eu un petit serveur juste adorable aux petits soins !

La comida muy rica, el postre (brownie) no tanto. Lugar agradable y buen ambiente. Te imponen a pagar en la cuenta el 20% de propina, lo incluyen en el total de la cuenta, sin posibilidad para el cliente de decidir, eso fue lo que no nos gustó.

El lugar es hermoso, la comida es rica y el personal muy amable. Solo siento que es un poco pasado de precio el mínimo de 150 USD por persona, y si llueve la experiencia se puede arruinar por lo que deberían tener sombrillas en caso de.

Everything about this restaurant was nice,our server was great,the food was great,the drinks were great. I highly recommend going if in Tulum.
