The bar was still opening at 12pm when we sat down. Drinks took a little longer than usual and our service was consistent at first but soon went down hill when her friends arrived at the restaurant and sat at their table while working. My friends Invisalign was thrown away and when we called the restaurant the host said “it’s probably thrown away” not even a “let me go double check with your server or previous napkins” nobody wanted to help. We told our server to split the bill, she comes back with one bill and my friend pays. She apologized and said she will tell us the exact amount, she didn’t - she just ball parked from the total amount. There’s no communication between servers because two mimosas came to our table and only ordered 1. Servers aren’t as friendly unfortunately, there was no sense of excitement and not interested in picking up conversation. Seems like the servers and manager only pay attention to inviting their friends to the restaurant and taking a seat with them rather than ensuring new customers have a great experience and would come again.

During the day I had one experience at Karma Lounge - it was very calm and relaxing, nice soulful music played by Dj, not too busy. But evening gives Karma Lounge totally different vibe. It’s buzzing, lively, lots of people come to party, Dj makes it all feel like a Big Fiesta :)) Thanks for a chance to experience this duality ☺️

Awesome ambiance, live DJ was great. Food and service were good, but not amazing.

It was a nice lounge but the menu was very limited. Though we enjoyed the service a lot.

A nice Lounge Bar, but 2 things should change: 1. Consider restricting kids in the evenings to maintain the lounge ambiance and avoid a family restaurant feel. 2. Turn off the TVs in the evenings to enhance the lounge vibe; the brightness clashes with the desired atmosphere, making the place feel like an Applebee's.

Service was poor. Hardly anyone came in to check on us and take our order. I decided to walk out after one drink and the server was visibly annoyed. Never expected such a poor service from a high end establishment. Had to walk out and go to keg to get some quality service.

This was a horrible experience. We waited forever for our food, every meal came out cold, the server didn't even offer to bring us hot food, but did take it off the bill. What food was eaten was not good at all, and the service was not at all on point. We all left hungry.

I walked in the front door and was greeted by two amazing and friendly servers. The whole stay / drinks and food was top shelf and on point. Service was simple excellent and natural; everyone went out of their way to make us feel super welcome and attended. We were at home in this very cool space. Food was delicious. Espresso martini really delicious too. Ohhh — and the couch we sat on was really comfortable and private at the same time. Highly recommended!
