It did not live up to the hype! The food was not seasoned well... I had a Hennything drink for $50.00 more Juice than liquor (liquor was only on the top) The gumbo and catfish 2 thumbs down- Catfish was on a diet hard and small- Gumbo was spicy but not seasoned...

We made reservation’s for 7:45. At 10:00 was told we had to leave because there was a reservation for 10. We weren’t t aware of that when we booked because had we known we would’ve booked for 10. Food was subpar. Just order wings and play it safe.Our server was alright. Not sure if she was new but she didn’t seem to know about some of the stuff we asked about. Bought a lemon drop and she told us it was $10. Got the bill it was $16. The dj wasn’t there so the songs just played in rotation but did show up around 10. Just a lot of unorganized chaos. Their credit card machine was down so had to use the ATM which was a $5 convenience charge. I really do believe we could’ve have a better experience and I will most definitely try it out again.

This was our first time at Kamp and last. We were initially excited to come, but ended regretting our decision. When first ordered, we mentioned to the waitress (her name was Hennessy) that we saw on instagram that it was fried Fridays and they had $2.50 margaritas and 9.99 fried baskets. She was okay with the fried baskets, but said the margarita part wasn’t true. We pulled it up and showed her and then she said naw it should have been $5. We told her they just posted it and it should be honored and she said she had to go speak with her manager. She then came back and said the manager said they shouldn’t have posted it but they would honor it for 1 round of drinks. Hennessy had a nasty attitude the whole time we there. Our food came out and it was subpar. Fish tasted like it was fried in days old grease and the oxtails lack flavored. Hennessy barely came back to the table and we had to ask other wait staff to find her when needed. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Poor customer service with subpar food is a non negotiable for me
