Kalaveras is a unique fast casual concept with vibrant colors, art, music, and culture of a time honored tradition – El Dia de Los Muertos. A blend of innovative urban mixology, Latin American culinary classics, tribute to well known Hispanic artists, and nothing but buenas vibras!

Our cocktails are a mixture of urban mixology complemented by fresh ingredients including herbs, infusions, and homemade syrups. This immersive experience indulges all of the senses, creating a unique experience even for those with the most complex of palates.

Our culinary menu reflects a deep passion for traditional Mexican and Latin American cuisine with a modern Kalaveras twist. Our Chef's recipes are passed down from generation to generation. We showcase classics such as barbacoa and carnitas plates, which are slow cooked to perfection, as well as unique twists on Enchiladas Verdes, Tacos gobernador, and our exclusive Molcajete.

Really loud to the point we couldn’t talk and hear each other. Drinks and food were great. Check took forever to get. Very expensive.

Came in to eat on 5/5/24 with a party of 8 and waited 15-20 mins to be serviced. Finally got to order drinks and appetizers. Waited another 15-20 mins to be able to order entrees and that took about 1 hr to come out. Would have been impressed if food was good but it was the driest chicken and beef I ever had in my life. And maybe 2/8 of the drinks were decent. The potato taquitos and green salsa were good but that was our appetizers

We got sat down right away but about 20 minutes passed still no server to take our drink order. Finally we got up and as my friend we t to ask in front the lady and asked if we just got there and if we seated ourselves. We told her we had a reservation and were seated by the host but still have not been helped. Then she got our drink order and we asked for chips and salsa. About another 15 minutes passed still no drinks and no salsa. Then she came back with our drinks and took our order still no chips and salsa.

Advertised as bottomless mimosas & michiladas. When we asked for a michilada we weee told we couldn’t mix. False advertisement we simply wanted to try and mgmt refused.

Food was great the only thing was that we saw breakfast items on the website menu and we were excited to have breakfast there but when we got there it was breakfast buffet and a dinner/lunch menu. Normally we wouldn’t mind but we were craving very specific items and getting paying for a $40 per person buffet and a $20 buffet for our two year old who eats small portions just didn’t make sense for us. Seems like the brunch might benefit folks with older kids or those looking to have cocktails with their meals, which wasn’t for us. Fun place for a brunch date, breakfast brunch or girls brunch though!
