Took my mom and sister for mother days Had my other sister and my nephew (7months) and they set us where it was least noise. Food was 100% overexcited expectations. It was a busy weekend but they were super nice and they give us complementary chips and the appetizers came out fresh and fast. It’s a great place to go hang out with friends or special occasions. staff are amazing. They check on you constantly, I give this 100 out of 100

Our server monserrat failed to inform us that the “taco tuesday” where it states “ALL tacos” are 99 cents only applied to a separate table serving smaller tacos, all while we ordered several tacos off the menu. Since it stated “all tacos.” Plus, I have been a server before and know you must disclose when there is an up-charge on any item, which seemed to be the case for the rice and beans. Nor did she give us an itemized receipt! Terrible experience, especially because everyone who dined in is or was a server before. Poor service, the food was sub par, and it was way too loud. I would not recommend going here if you want transparent service, our bill was 3 times more expensive than we had anticipated due to her failure to disclose. Yikes.

I came here for my birthday and it was the best! The food was great, the service was great, and I would recommend anyone to have their occasions here.

We had such a great experience here. We had a party of 20 plus for my wife’s birthday and our service was great and they were quick to get our food out will definitely come back

The food was great and the service was great when it came to serving our food and taking our orders. What I didn’t like was the upselling without telling us about the skull costing money. My party was already buying a lot of drinks and ordering food so it’s not like we were being stingy. The waiter ask if we wanted to sing happy birthday to my fiance and they did but then it cost money for them to do that skull celebration. Had I known I would have probably just said yes but he said happy birthday and not this skull celebration that costs money. Also he asked if our party wanted any shots and my two sisters and brother in law ordered them along with another shot for my fiancé for his birthday. When they brought the 4 shots and the skull celebration, the waiter had my fiance drink all the shots and he said did you want me to bring the other shots? But also charging us for those shots. He knew those 3 shots were for the others not just for my fiance. I really liked this restaurant the food was good and I wanted this place to be a consistent restaurant we go to in general but that left a bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t appreciate the upselling and the scamming us of extra money that we would have paid already if he was just honest. So next time we’ll probably go somewhere else.

It's aggressively loud. God forbid its someone's birthday you will wish you had ear plugs. The noise pollution next level. But once you have drinks and join into the party the aggressiveness wears off. Food is great, service was great.

The all you can eat buffet was really good. You get an hour and 30 minutes to eat.

A little disappointed that we waited 25min after our reservation time outside in the cold. I also figured out I was double charged for an entree that was never ordered. Otherwise fun and loud experience. Delicious food as always.

Loved Kalaveras!! The service was good, but they were very busy, so they couldn't come by as often as we'd like. But the energy inside was great. It's very fun for an energetic night out. Taco Tuesday savings were also incredible. DELICIOUS $8 margaritas of many flavors and juicy, flavorful $0.99 tacos with many toppings of your choice!!

Went for a friend's birthday. Service was fine in beginning with drinks, and then completely forgot about us. We ordered happy hour sizes & he charged us all for full plate sizes. They forgot my queso which I told them and server told me I never placed that order. Don't appreciate how he thought I was lying when he REPEATED it back to me and my entire table, said it would be out soon & for some reason that's on me? Food was mid, service sucks OVERPRICED. I wouldn't go again

Amazing food with excellent service! Celebrated our anniversary there and could not have asked for better service. The margarita flight and micheladas were so good! The pasta a la diabla and wet burrito were so tasty too! Definitely coming back!

This place is too loud!!!!! Why do they have the music so loud where it’s not even enjoyable!!!! The waitress herself was complaining that it’s super loud and she said she will tell the manager but nothing happened!! Sorry not returning to this place as it’s not enjoyable either friends!

Great food and drinks but slow service. The servers hang out and chit chat most of the time and don’t check in with customers. Our server also forgot one of our drinks. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Everything was good but they didn’t acknowledge my request for a booth even though the restaurant was practically empty. And a lot of empty booths . I went with my husband and 3 kids

There was not even more than 2 glasses of wine in the whole restaurant for those in my party that like to drink wine. Food was awfully low quality. Good tequila only 😞

Most of our orders were made wrong. Music was so loud our party couldn’t even have a conversation. Too much inappropriate music videos on during dinner and would not recommend taking small children. Very dark atmosphere like a club.

I don't eat meat and was served chicken taquitos instead of the potato taquitos that I had ordered. It was very dark in there so I was unable to tell until I consumed one. I have been a vegetarian for 8 years and that night it was ruined. The server replaced them however nothing else was done, no manager stopped by to apologize, they weren't taken off the bill or anything. I understand mistakes happen but it would have been nice for someone to realize how devastating that was for me. I unfortunately also became ill that night due to the meat consumption. Everything else about the evening was fine, just would have appreciated a little more attention to the issue.
