Food was okay customer service was alright food was delivered but incomplete just FYI Be careful when you go here if you have a party of 6 or more people you will get automatically charge a very high TIP $$$ and they will not advice you so keep an eye on your receipt they even charge a Covina Fee I will highly not recommend this restaurant

A little disappointed that when I made the reservation, no where on line did it say that it would be buffet only until 2:45pm. So we had to wait about 45min until we were able to order off the regular menu. Servers were nice and attentive and Food was delicious. But music videos were a bit provocative. Not appropriate for families and kids.

I know it was mother's day but during the buffet they kept running out of food and they for sure needed more staff. Food was good.

Extremely loud music making conversation difficult. Large screen TVs through out showing music videos that were obnoxious while eating. They are trying to be a club but they are not. Four different entrees and all very spicy hot despite the wait person saying the items were not. It seems they spice up the protein. Couldn’t even taste the shrimp due to the heat and we all like spicy but this was way too much. Will not return

Great time and service. Will be there again soon. It was my daughter bday and also girls night out gathering and we had a nice time

The food at Kalaveras Covina was excellent. We had a party of ten and made our reservation thru Open Table the day before. The restaurant even called us the day of in the afternoon to confirm the reservation. Our only complaint was that it was quite loud and we were unable to talk in our group. We found ourselves having to raise our voices to hear over the music. But the service was excellent (Matt was our server) and we will probably go back again because the food was so delicious.

Service wasn’t great, they need to hire more staff. We had to stop random staff to ask what for we needed. Our water glasses were empty for a while. Our waitress came around maybe twice the entire time. We mentioned it was my moms birthday and they forgot so after we paid the bill I had to mention it again. Took another good 20 minutes. Overall it wasn’t a great experience and we will go elsewhere for our next celebration.

I had made reservations!! That was great! We arrived, our table for 10 was ready! Service was slow, Happy Hour 3-7! Great HH specials! Bar service was on point! All food orders arrived perfect! To order! Very hot, flavorful and looked great! Service charge on the bill of 18%! That didn’t include the tip! It was extremely LOUD! Videos being played on TVs but different music BLARING also!
