Kalaveras is a celebration rooted in great respect for the Mexican traditions of the Day of the Dead. We pay tribute to the great Mexican personalities in art, cinema, music, and history.

We have a deep passion for Mexican foods and drinks, which is reflected in our modern Mexican menu. We showcase many traditional Mexican dishes such as our mother watering Molcajete, our housemade salsas, and our delicious Enchiladas de Cameron. From tender barbacoa to roasted pork belly, our cooks are masters in the art of braising.

Not only do we offer great tasting Mexican dishes, but also carry over 100 different spirits handcrafted with the freshest ingredients and all natural purees, our specialty cocktails are like no other. Try our most popular Chamoyada Margarita to our deliciously refreshing Mezcal Mule, these drinks will show you what Kalaveras is all about.

The food was delicious. My husband and I especially loved the chips and salsa. Best salsa we’ve ever had in So. Cal. The only thing we didn’t really like was how noisy it was but that won’t stop us from going for that salsa.

The waitress Katherine didn't take our order, she said she didnt forget she was just busy with other tables. We had to constantly remind her to bring our food and she wouldn't check up on us. She also forgot to bring us chips and salsa in the beginning. We still left a tip but it wasn't deserved.

We went for brunch. The food was minimal. I didn't like the fact that their mimosas were pre mixed with OJ. They were too sweet. Hoping they get more variety in the brunch buffet. Service was good but they were short staffed I think.

We were excited to finally visit this location since it is closer to home than the previous locations we visited. Sadly, it was not a good experience. First off, there is close to no parking. Secondly, I made reservations and arrived shortly before the reservation time so we could check in. To our surprise, we still had to wait close to an hour for our table. When I inquired regarding the wait, they stated they gave our table away because they didn’t know if we would show up on time even though we were there prior to our reservation time. What??? I asked to speak to a manager and miraculously a table opened up! Once seated it was a while before we received our drinks. At the buffet, there was barely any food in the trays while some were empty so we really didn’t get to eat much. The food selection wasn’t all that great either. This was the first and last time for us.

Really great food and drink. A bit noisy and the music they were playing that evening all sounded the same. Music was more mixed last visit. Service was very good. Go early(before 5) if you do not want to valet. Parking lot small for the business they do…..

Brunch Sunday was good, food was great with the exception of them constantly running out. The bottomless micheladas made everything better! The service we received from our server Daniela was top tier, she was sweet, kind, attentive and not to mention fast! Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be back!

Very loud with poor lighting. The service was quick, too quick! Ordered an appetizer and it came with our meal. Little over priced for what we got. Had to valet the car. The guys at valet were smoking so when we got in outlet car it smelled like cigarettes. Overall all disappointed, had been wanting to try it and finally made the time. Probably won’t be back!

Drinks where not good, food was okay and service was honestly better than the food and drinks . I have been to a couple kalaveras this one was just not it.
