We were incredibly impressed with the quality and service. It's the best sushi we've had in the city or burbs. Highly recommend the Crudo for the app. THe chef's choice sashimi was fantastic and then we ordered some rice on the side. You have to try at least one handroll. Though I'm not a huge octopus fan, I thought that was the best followed by spicy tuna. Lastly, the ramen was suprisingly above average. We shared it and I would order it again and skip the miso. The wasabi was also very good but they gave very little given the amount we ordered. And then we were surprised to learn they charged us for the extra wasabi. Understand it was fresh and they make it or whatever, but they should just tell us in advance. I'm nipicking because our waiter was just outstanding. Can't wait to go back.

Very nice restaurant, great Sushi experience, the service was very helpful, the ambience of the restaurant was straight and comfy. The portions are not really big but in my opinion it is perfect not having big chunks of sushi. The price per person is more than 100$ but it is worth and also compared to other sushi restaurants in Chicago definitely reasonable.

Oddly, I had requested a quiet table, there was one available. The hostess sat us in the middle of the restaurant. When we asked to move, the hostess said “no, the other table was reserved”. The table sat empty during our entire stay. My colleague was about to lose a family member and it would have been nice not to be forced into the neighboring table’s conversations. It kind of set the tone for the evening. The food was great and the server was pleasant. I normally order a bottle or two of nice sake to go with the meal, I didn’t feel up to it given that our hostess was less than honest with us. Perhaps it is time to try some of the other sushi restaurants in Chicago.

Always delicious and meticulously prepared. We had the Juno King (spicy king crab wrapped in tuna) and the signature hirame nigiri with truffle oil. Never disappoints.

This was my second time here and I can confidently say that Juno is now my favorite sushi spot in the city. I highly recommend the Juno Queen and Miso Black Cod, but everything I've had here has been outstanding

Juno omakase was a really great value for quality. Portions were excellent for a woman of about average weight, probably light for a man. I felt noise level was a bit high since I found it difficult to hear my companion across a table. Staff were informative but not intrusive. Drinks were expensive if you order by the glass.

We will not be returning. They did not bring us the correct food and did not remember when they brought us the food we ordered. They added more food to our bill and we had to constantly remind our server about our order.

Service was distracted and inconsistent - significant wait times. Cheery, tho. Food was tasty and the "smoked" salmon was really a treat flavor and presentation-wise. Prices were very nice - but then the portions came and they were miniature.

Juno is always a treat and has never disappointed. The quality of ingredients and beautiful preparation make this a standout amongst the neighborhood. Juno is one of our favorites and we’ve been dining here for years and have never gotten bored, it’s too delicious. The chefs special nigiri is must.

Hands down the best omakase experience. You have to try the uni shooter and the signature smoked Himachi to start. The specials were a favorite, along with Hirami, Akami, Hamachi and lobster hand roll. A true delicacy in all forms.

Everything we ate was delicious! Highly recommend the miso black cod, I'd come back just for that! The maki rolls were also great (Crisp Sake & Tako Maguro), as was the nigiri (Eel Trio). I'd love to return to try the Chef's Choice Nigiri

Clearly some management issues - our server forgot about us for 35 min before even taking our order because the sections were divided poorly. Another server ended up taking our order. Rice undercooked and cold. Wasabi from a tube and overly vinegary ginger that looked old on some of the plates. Would have loved to enjoy the experience and order a lot more food, but we just wanted to get out and get more food elsewhere. The fish was sliced too thinly for this price, but was good quality - the uni was good quality. The only good service was by the bussing staff, who was very attentive and prompt in refilling water and removing plates.

The food was delicious however not a lot of food and left still hungry. Service was good. However was expecting more from the ambiance and seating arrangement especially for an Omakase experience. We were seated extremely close to two other tables and could hear other conversations - felt like we had to speak over others. Not as romantic as we had planned for with the arrangement and noise. Again the food was amazing, but was not the experience we had hoped for in a $400 dinner for two.

Went here for a prix fixe Valentine's Day dinner. It was so many courses! (20 for $125.) The service here was wonderful—everyone was really attentive and kind. (Definitely make a reservation, as it was packed.) Not Michelin-level sushi in terms of fish, but creative and nicely presented. Also a great sake selection.

To start...We do more than our share of fine dining and eat sushi weekly. The fish quality here is outstanding but the value is far from it. You should expect to spend about twice as much at Juno as you do at other sushi places. Juno will serve you an excellent $400 meal for two that still leaves you wanting a snack when you get home.
