JOTORO Kitchen + Tequila Bar is located at Sparkman Wharf in downtown Tampa. Michelin Star chef and partner Joe Isidori has created a Mexican mash-up menu inspired by East LA with fabulous Asian twists and turns.

Whether it's date night, late night, or your next event, JOTORO is your perfect place. We like to say JOTORO is where mariachi meets old school hip hop. Our bar serves up hand-shaken cocktails, craft-batched margaritas, and over 50 labels of premium tequilas.

JOTORO is a full-service, 220-seat eatery that feels like a neighborhood taco joint featuring a comfortable and rustic feel with one of a kind eclectic art designed exclusively for the space. We have created two outdoor covered patios that flank the prime corner of Sparkman Wharf, which is the perfect spot for people watching and dramatic views of the skyline at night.

We came in for Mother’s Day brunch and loved it! The queso is some of the best I’ve had in the area (I’m a native Texan and it can be difficult to find good queso!). The pollo gunshot burrito was excellent. Totally coming back!

Extremely slow service, just to be given terrible food. Chicken enchiladas had zero cheese and corn tortillas were not corn. Won’t be back.

The restaurant is overrated in my opinion. It’s in a section of town. That is extremely crowded, at least it was Friday night. (prom night.). Selections were in my opinion limited and the food was not the best Mexican by any means. This is a popular place for young people wanting to be in the center of things, but not necessarily for older folks who are looking for the best Mexican food.
