DJ Piazza of Disco Liquids was named Rising Star Sommelier in 2022, and soon after quit his Sommelier work to start a wine pop-up. It was there that Josephine Estelle GM and Wine Director, Jaime Szczepanski met DJ, and discovered their mutual interest in distinctive, natural wines. Expect singular, energetic, Italian natural wines, and much conviviality. Executive Chef Trey Williams has crafted an extravagant 5-course Dinner just for the occasion.
