Hervorragende, gleichbleibende Qualität. Alles auf der Karte schmeckt sehr lecker. Empfehlenswert sind mehrere Vorspeisen miteinander zu teilen. Will man aber ein Hauptgericht hinterher, dann sollte man weniger Vorspeisen auswählen oder ganz viel Hunger und Zeit mitbringen. Super freundlicher Service.

Super freundliches und sympathisches Personal. Das Essen war hervorragend, unschlagbar war das Humus. Das Angebot an israelischen Weinen sollte umfassender sein, das war sehr eingeschränkt. Rundherum ein gelungener Abend. 100%Weiterempfehlungsquote!

Tolle Gelegenheit die israelische Küche zu entdecken, die aber wohl leider bei den Hauptgängen keine vegetarischen Auswahlmöglichkeiten bietet. Als Vegetarier haben wir verschiedene Vorspeisen kombiniert, die aber leider nicht besonders lange satt gemacht haben.

We have already dined at Joseph a few times in the past. As usual, the food was very good. If you're not very hungry, you should concentrate on the starters. There were two of us and we ordered the humus platter to share, which is served with pita bread, savoury baklava and eggplant tartlets. Unfortunately, they only serve bottled beer. The service was attentive and very friendly. The tables in the courtyard are a little small and we had difficulty enjoying our food comfortably as we had to be careful not to knock over any glasses or bottles. Who came up with the idea of serving dinner only in the courtyard on a cool to cold evening? A glance at a weather app would have been enough to see that it was 25 degrees during the day, but that it would cool down to around 12 degrees in the evening.

Excellent food but very poor service. We were hurried through our meal because there was a large party coming into the restaurant later. This spoilt the whole atmosphere. Unlikely to recommend this place. Very disappointing!

Wir sollten nach zwei Stunden gehen und wurden mehrmals vor und während des Essens freundlich daran erinnert. Das war trotzdem nicht entspannt - im Gegenteil. Wir hätten zB am Ende gerne noch etwas getrunken. Gleichzeitig wussten wir die gesamte Zeit, dass wir nicht trödeln dürfen. So hatten wir den Eindruck, nicht willkommen zu sein. Das ist keine schöne Entwicklung in der Gastronomie. So gut das Essen war, werden wir uns für ein gemütliches Treffen etwas anderes suchen.

Der Service war unfreundlich. Sie setzten uns mit dem Wind im Rücken an einen Tisch am Ausgang des Korridors. Die Kellner waren unhöflich. Das Essen ist nichts Besonderes, alle Gerichte hätte man auch beim delivey Service kaufen können.

Leider inspirierte uns der Besuch im Joseph nicht zur Wiederholungstat. Wir wurden recht freundlich auf Englisch begrüßt und zu unseren Plätzen geleitet. Der Tisch war jedoch so gestellt, dass eine Person sehr nah am nächsten Tisch Platz nehmen musste und es dadurch etwas beengt wirkte. Unnötig, da der Laden nicht voll war. Die Karten wurden schnell gebracht und auch die Bestellungen ebenso schnell geliefert. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war nüchtern-betriebsam. Hier geht sicher mehr Wohlgefühl für den Gast, wenn man wollte. Die Vorspeisen waren lecker und preislich in Ordnung. Die Hauptspeisen waren weniger gelungen, da der Zander samt Beilage zu salzig war und die Tomatenpassata vom Wolfsbarsch eher zu viel Zitrone enthielt. Für je 26€ pro Gericht dürfen wir bestimmt eine bessere Abstimmung erwarten. Die Desserts können wir nicht beurteilen. Die Musik war tendenziell laut. Insgesamt OK, aber nur gut und nicht gut genug für einen erneuten Besuch. Schade. Wir hatten uns mehr von der vielgelobten israelischen Küche versprochen. Es klappt bestimmt an anderer Stelle besser.

Das Essen und der Service war wieder hervorragend. Leider war die musikalische Begleitung des Essens überhaupt nicht unser Geschmack (Heavy Metal?) Auf unsere Bitte hin wurde die Musik leiser gestellt, Dankeschön. War aber trotzdem noch extrem störend für eine angenehme Unterhaltung. Wir hätten uns auch gern landestypische Musik gewünscht, Das hätte sicherlich besser gepasst. Es wird uns von einem erneuten Besuch nicht abhalten, aber möglicherweise setzen wir uns dann in eine Ecke, weg vom Lautsprecher. Trotzdem vielen Dank und liebe Grüße

one of my favorite restaurants in Berlin. Such an amazing atmosphere! The food is super yummy. The DJ is also so good! At some point it is hard not to dance :) Thank you!

Fand es leider gar nicht gut. Der Laden hat keine angenehme Atmosphäre, man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Es riecht stark nach essen und man selbst riecht nach dem Besuch auch sehr nach fett/essen. Preis Leistung stimmt auch nicht.
