First time visit and had a reservation. Seating was clearly available outside (multiple tables), but we were told we had to sit inside to balance the tables for the servers. I understand the concept, but that should be managed internally and customer’s preference should be met, if available (which it was). The server was pleasant, but lots of staff standing around passing the time, either chatting or on their phones. The food came right out, which is a bonus, as most places have noticeably slower service post-COVID. However, the shakes are the establishment’s highlight and they were blah. Red Robin or even some coney islands are exceptionally better. Overall experience was average. Would not return at my own expense.

Food was horrible fries were ice cold when I asked for more fries they gave me more ice cold fries. Then they took em back and put them in the grease and they came back rock hard. And the potato sales taste like water.

It was Mother’s Day. This is my second visit. We came before the Patti LaBelle concert on Mother’s Day. My family had never been there. We all enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh. Service was great.

Overall, my experience was just "okay." We made a reservation for 1:30, but did not get seated until about 45 minutes later. The wait staff was friendly, but clearly under staffed for Mother's Day. However, I spilled my drink all over myself and the floor, and no one offered to help and when the food runner dropped off our food, she said, "she would wait for me to clean up." Speaking of food, the entrees and shakes were good, but the spinach dip was the worst I've ever had. Very very thick, and would break the chips with each dip. Avoid at all costs IMO. Overall, the experience was okay and I think I would prefer to go back during a non-peak time or not during a holiday to give it another chance.

The service was terrible, besides the manager who was especially kind and took care of the special requests we had. The brunch food we ordered was very average, with the shake being the one redeeming quality. It took extremely long, as well.

Large portions of great tasting food. Service was a tad bit slow but it was a holiday and the Tiger’s were playing. Everyone was friendly and the desserts were delicious.

Service was a little slow but still good. Server had a pleasant attitude and a good sense of humor. Ordered Brunch food (the chilaquiles). Tasted great but wasn’t hot, and the tortilla chips were soggy when they brought it out. Had a great time though and the mini floral bouquet making was nice.
