This restaurant was overall an outstanding establishment. I brought my family here to celebrate a graduation and it was their first time experiencing Korean barbecue. The hostesses were very accommodating and the waitress was extremely knowledgeable on the food. I cannot wait to come back because our food was cooked perfectly!

If I could give Joa 10 stars, I would. Amazing food and the service is impeccable! It’s a must if you’re in the Dallas area!

The quality and quantity of the food was top notch. The bartender was super friendly and helpful. Waitstaff was hard to find frequently when we needed him. The music was funky and fun. Only serious complaint in the quality of the grill itself. Less expensive Korean BBQ have hotter grills and ones that don’t turn off every 5 mins. Really annoying for this price point. But again, food quality was perfect. Great choice for a birthday!

The food was amazing. I loved the restaurant as it was so beautiful on the inside and out! Our waiter was so awesome and did such a wonderful job taking care of us! Definitely a place I recommend going too! Can’t wait to go back again!

Bronco the Front of House Manager was amazing and very attentive. Charles our server was so personable and easy going, but his timing was impeccable and he prepared everything to perfection. Great kbbq experience

What a great experience! Definitely get the Fried Octopus, Prime Short Rib, Black Angus Bone-In Short Rib, and Pork Belly. Ask for the home made kimchi. If it is still being promoted, the Matcha Margarita is DELICIOUS. Go during happy hour 4:30 - 6:30 PM as cocktails are half off. Our server Yazan was friendly and provided top tier service!

Had an awesome dinner! Our waitress was amazing! I forgot her name, but I hope management can tell from my review who we had because she was awesome!

Wow - everything about this experience was just above and beyond outstanding. The staff, the food, the decor, the service - 10 stars across the board. They had a special Mother’s Day menu featuring 5 courses. This was quite the deal and all for $50. Our waiter Andy really made this visit so much more enjoyable for our dinner party who had never had K BBQ before. He did a great job at explaining the details of everything and was super attentive. The cocktails were well made, the side dishes were enough for us to share with 3 people. If you are looking for THE Korean BBQ place to dine at - look no further. You need to experience JOA.
