Located in the St Julien Hotel, Jill’s Restaurant & Bistro offers a thoughtful menu featuring fresh, local and dynamic ingredients. The kitchen, helmed by Executive Chef Rich Byers, sources its ingredients through partnerships with local farms, creameries and ranches, its own on-site garden and Boulder’s seasonal Farmer’s Market – conveniently located across the street – where the chefs procure the freshest herbs, vegetables and fruits. These ingredients are used to create scratch-made food, including pasta, bread, pastries, sauces, jus and more.

My mom has celiac disease and the server was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. She even offered to put my father’s fries in the dedicated cryer and on a separate plate so my mom could share. I have been there another time with other gluten free people and we felt very safe. And of course the food is good and there is a little something for everyone.

Needs a new chef. Salad from a bag. Breakfast pastries boring (no variety). Bacon dried out and overcooked. Nice Bloody Mary bar. Service terrific .

Exceptional meal and cocktails. Apps were generous enough that we shared an entree Kale salad w Salmon. Service was top notch!

The food was good. The service was very slow especially towards the end. We never got a pen to sign our check. After 10min my husband got up and used the pen from another table.

We've been enjoying Jill's for many years living locally in Boulder. The menu has become more and more limited with a few new items occasionally. Our server Jennifer was great and could not have been more accommodating. We feel the menu needs a refresh. We shared the tots (always excellent) and a new ahi tuna appetizer, also good, but more rice than fish. How about more tuna? Our guest had the risotto and we shared a margarita pizza. Both were good. For dessert the chocolate cake was very good but the carrot cake was dry and was sent back. We like the ambience of Jill's and want them to succeed. There are many choices in Boulder at this level and Jill's needs to "step it up".

Service was ok. Food was ok. But should have been much better for the price paid. Gratuity was included and based on the total so we tipped on tax. And our doggie bags never came. Overall an ok experience but not what we expected for the price paid.

Prefix menu for graduation. I wish there were 2 options for apps and salads. Half our party didn’t eat soup or salad so a east of money :/ but we love ST J

Three of us came to celebrate a birthday. Unfortunately, a private party of 16 people came just before us. Our server didn’t tell us that we would have to wait more than a half hour to get our order. When it finally came, it was very good. The manager did give us free drink tickets for our having to wait.

Jill’s is always a great choice - one of our favorites. Food and service are consistently excellent. They have great cocktails and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. We had an excellent meal and experience- again.
