Each plate was looked simple but beautifully placed, the taste of each was complex and absolutely delicious, the sauce of each plate was amazing. The experience of pairing with drinks elevated to different level. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in to the time we left. We will absolutely come here more often.

Amazing experinece! I never write reviews but the entire staff and experience was a 10/10! Was it expensive? Absolutely. Was it worth every penny? 100%. The food, staff and thoughtful touches left my wife and I with an unforgettable meal and night. Would highly recommend for a special night out!

Great vibes (might be loud for those of us with hearing issues). The staff was very accommodating and moved us to a table in the back, away from the speakers. Food and wines and services are impeccable/outstanding. I will be back.

Elegant French cuisine. Tasty appetizers, the duck breast has a strong smoked flavor, and the Yuzu lavende is a must try, light and creamy flavor exist at the same time. Overall, great food and lovely service.

Food and service was excellent, as always. Halibut, tuna crudo, sea bass and lamb were great. However, the wagyu ribeye was cooked to perfection and the partridge with morels were magnificent. Dessert was not my favorite although there were some delicious components; cherry juice tuile and the pistachio Madeline as well as the rhubarb. Personally, desserts have to be sweet. Although I understand the concept of incorporating spring flavors into the desserts; none of them really resonated with me and had too much acid. I still rated the experience 5 stars because Arnold, our server listened to our comments on the desserts and turned around to present us with mini macarons as well as dark chocolate and orange sticks. That, to me is service. An unforgettable evening of culinary decadent indulgence.

Loved our experience from Start to finish. The ambiance was beautiful. The food was wonderful. The wine pairings were truly unique and perfect. Our waiter, Chris, was great.

The food and service was amazing! The restaurant decor is absolutely chic and had such a nice, cozy feel. We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make the day special for us. Wonderful experience all around!

Everything was perfect. Nate and the team went above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday special. Can’t say enough good things. I’ve been here a few times before and it’s always been great. I think this has been my favorite visit yet.

Celebrated our wedding anniversary at one of our chef son’s favorite restaurants. They did not disappoint. All the marks of a Michelin star. The food was delicious and interesting. The staff was a well oiled machine.

Perhaps the very best service I have ever received at a restaurant, ever. Food was good and met expectations for Michelin rating. The space is 10/10.

I was honestly incredibly disappointed in the food. We went to celebrate our anniversary so we were really looking forward to a Michelin quality meal, especially since it is French food which is our favorite cuisine. The service was absolutely impeccable and spot on, the food however was VERY underwhelming and to be honest disappointing. They missed the mark on serving elevated French dishes, way too many raw courses and plates and virtually no starches or vegetables served with the course options. Of the 8 dishes we tried the only two that I enjoyed were the pork dish during the 2nd course and the partridge during the 3rd course. The wine pairings were great however. If I am going to spend over $600 on a meal the food better be some of the best I’ve had and this certainly was not. I would recommend going to Cowboy Star or any of the dozens of the other fine dining options in San Diego before going to Jeune et Jolie.

Fantastic experience! A very special place in Carlsbad. Michelin star, and I don't know how it's "only" 1. The 4 course tasting menu plus wine pairing was an absolute mind blowing experience. The service couldn't have been better, and watching the open kitchen and all the care put into every single plate was lovely. Can't wait to return and try the raw bar!

Our waiter Gavin was AWESOME! Fast service and exotice French bites. Had my baby with me and the staff was just wonderful about it! Seriously, Gavin was great, I don’t know what they’re paying him but for Jeune Et Jolie, his service to the dining clientele and the business can certainly be considered worth every cent they’ve invested into him, I will be back just to be served by him again!
