Chelsea was our server and truly went above and beyond. We sat in the bar and listened to the most beautiful pianist. I am picky and needed help with the wine Chelsea worked w the som and found me exactly what I wanted even though I wasn’t sure lol. We had shrimp cocktail (huge) Caesar salad New York strip fries and the butter pie. Everything was prepared perfect. The service was impeccable and so fun. 12/10 definitely recommend.

A truly exceptional experience. From the service to the quality of food, we were left in awe. I took my family and some friends out for multiple birthdays and Mother’s Day and it was perfect. The service was amazing and the food has the kids and their friends still talking about how great it was. Army Soldiers don’t get to eat this quality of food very often so they are asking when we can do it again.

Food was average at best. Bisque was really spectacular, toro toro sushi roll had a hard piece inside that I couldn't bite through. The steak was cooked well and had good flavor but I'm not sure what was bourbon about it. Had an extremely salty crust on it that I had to cut off to make it edible. Bass from the piano over the speakers was way too high and my wife and I struggled to have a normal conversation. Service was spot on. Really had an excellent server. Wasn't in the mood to send the sushi and the steak back or I would have. First time there. Likely won't return. For the money spent, it was not worth it.

My husband & I took my mother to Jeff Ruby's for Mother's Day, a first time for all of us. We loved the decor, the service was fantstic and the food was excellent! Our steaks were perfectly cooked and flavorful. We all shared our sides (they were plenty big) and left full and happy!!!

It was more than Amazing!!! The service was top tier!!the food was great we had the fresh cocktail shrimp and the crab cake.. my husband ordered a Cesar salad He had the steak I ordered the chicken with the mushrooms sauce It was great!! We shared the Mac n cheese and truffle corn it was excellent!! Definitely will be returning and I had a mojito

Definitely a top three dining experience! The food, service, drinks, entertainment were all phenomenal! The lobster Mac n cheese and the goo goo cluster ice cream pie are without comparison! Recommend all give it a try when in Nashville! I know we will return!

Wonderful meal bar top dining. Music was excellent and our waitress Maggie was beyond excellent and attentive. Food never disappoints and the wine list is extensive. We love the Jeff Ruby experience.

Our favorite restaurant of all time! It is our go to special occasion place. Love the ambience, the piano/music, the food and service is top notch. I will say that our server Jordan although friendly and knowledgeable did talk way too much. So much so that we found it difficult to enjoy our dinner for the constant interruptions and too much talking each time on his part.

Our experience at Jeff Ruby’s was incredible. The food was amazing, our server Chelsea was very attentive, friendly and fun! The Pilots music made the night one to remember!!! We will be back!!!

Wine selection per glass is terrible. Chose a $25 Cali cab only for it to be “out”. They could however offer me something similar for $40/glass. Steak ordered medium rare, came out well done, they recooked, only for that to be medium well. Mac and cheese was missing “Mac”. Bathroom trash was overflowing and there was paper towel trash everywhere. Definitely not worth the $350 tab at the end for two people. However the manager did comp a few items trying to make it right. It’s highly rated but we definitely didn’t have that experience.

You couldn't ask for better service Simply the best. My husband had steak and lobster and said it was the really good. I had steak and shrimp. Had to send my steak back. Asked for it med well and it came out bloody. Can't handle that so they said they would cook it more, and boy did they! Dry and inedible which is why I gave them only 4 stars. Just be warned if you like steak somewhere between raw and incinerated, this may not be the place for you.

Wow!! First-timer to Jeff Ruby's and LOVED IT!! We had a party of 6 and arrived right at the time of our reservation. We did not wait and were seated immediately. Service was exceptional and our server explained everything. Food was amazing! We had a great experience and can't wait to get back to a city that has a Jeff Ruby's Steakhouse!!!
