It was our first time and the experience was amazing. Melissa was great and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. Will definitely be going back.

Went in to celebrate an anniversary and Liz made the experience exceptional! A tad bit pricy, but worth it. Liz helped tremendously when it came to choosing meals and made sure we were comfortable with what we ordered. Coming from someone who is “picky” with food, both the lamb and the Filet Au Poivre were really good.

Enjoyed the private dinner with my date. The dome was nicely set up and heat was perfect within the dome and the provided blanket on my lap just made it that much more comfortable. Will do this date outing again!

Brandon was a great waiter very up beat and when we requested more sauce he was right on it. He was super knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions especially upgrading my steak frites to the truffle fries he also brought us bread upon request and made multiple trips to bring napkins and light our candles even when I accidentally snuffed them out. Me and my girlfriend spent our evening in the dome and they had romantic candles and rose petals on the table it was awesome. Very cold night outside especially windy but the domes heaters and blankets made it nice and toasty inside. We have the steak frites the valentines walleye and two desserts, the crème brule and the gingerbread cheesecake. The steak was a little bit salty but cooked to that perfect rare+ just like I requested and the truffle fries were great. My ladies walleye was a small portion but very tasty the side of white asparagus was excellent. The deserts were decent but not the best I have ever had.

I had several special requests because I proposed to my now fiancé. Michelle was the supervisor that set up everything. She was fantastic to work with!!! Carly was our server and was equally fantastic!!! Both are tremendous at what they do and are fine representatives of the establishment. I have shared photos of the night with friends and family and each time I talked up the JDEK experience and I highly recommend them.

Food presentation and taste was great but portions very small. It was perfect for me but my husband had to eat a second meal at home. Very expensive for what you get.

Food was great and location was awesome. Food was very good, but expect to pay for it. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time, would go again for any special occasion.

Had the best service outside in the igloo at 5:15 today. We got the cauliflower the charcuterie the Mac n cheese, a couple salads and onion soup and dranks. Beautiful at sunset, plenty warm. I think our servers name was Allison, pretty younger blonde- she went above and beyond. Would be a great date night spot.

Absolutely loved dining in the domes. Staff was very accommodating & attentive. Could request blankets if you needed them but it was quite toasty in there. I ate with short sleeves on. Food was incredible as always & our server Liz was the best! There’s a speaker for you to have your own music. Would love to go back!

This was easily one of the best experiences downtown GR has to offer. I can’t even detail it out to ruin the experience. Make the reservation! The charcuterie board will N O T disappoint. Shout out to the front desk ladies, servers, food delivery, chefs and anyone that made this a wonderful experience. So much love for the JDEK Margaux family!

Emma was a great server and knew the beverages and menu well! She was friendly and prompt and made my birthday celebration in the igloos run smoothly and a memorable evening was had by all!

Unique and memorable experience at the Domes on the Dek @jdek at Margaux during a few days visitng Grand Rapids, MI. The ambience couldn't be beat (because you set it yourself), the food was good, and the service exemplary. Highly recommend that others check this spot out on your next visit to Grand Rapids.

Absolutely incredible experience. Comfortable chairs that were covered in faux white fur. Toasty warm with 2 heaters even though it was freezing out. Delicious cocktails! Best Cosmo I ever had!

The service was great, and the food was good. I enjoyed the onion soup a lot. My filet was perfectly cooked, but understandably did get cold quickly with the very cold table top and cold plate. My date had the whitefish but struggled with the amount of bones. We sat in an igloo on a colder night (10°F) and even with the heater on max it wasn’t the most comfortable experience. We had a nice evening, but I would wait to come back to an igloo option until it was a little warmer outside.

We had an absolutely amazing experience. My Fiance and I went there right after our proposal and we were made to feel very special. It was a cold night and the igloo was warm. We were given extra blankets on request which was really nice. Overall, they were absolutely fantastic!

The wine and ambiance are fantastic, but unfortunately that's about it. I have ordered duck several times at other establishments and can confidently say this chef does not know how to prepare it. The sides were also lack luster. It was so disappointing.

Fun experience in the dome. The drinks and food were delicious, and it was a lovely atmosphere. We were very happy with the wait staff.

Had a fabulous “girl dinner” in the Domes on The JDeck at Margaux. Our server Julia was fun, friendly and attentive. The dome was very warm and cozy… we didn’t even need coats. There was also a Bluetooth speaker to hook up to for music. Food was delicious! We enjoyed the truffle fries, French onion soup, chicken and salmon. Definitely recommend visiting.

We went to the JDek for New Years Eve. Our servers were very pleasant and upbeat. For the cost (~$400 for two), I don’t think I would recommend in the winter or on a holiday. The heater in our igloo was very mild and there was much sound proofing - the party next to us was screeching so loudly that we couldn’t hear each other at times.
