The Acclaimed Monday Night Jazz Jam is Back (MNJJ)!! Started in 2008 by the late Founder Billy Hall (Piano), Co-Founders Don Black(Sax) Yvonne Coleman (Jazz Personality & Business Exec.) along with several founding members. We paused during the pandemic and finally found our new home starting this month at the newly expanded Jazz Tastings!! Live Music - MNJ Music Director Joseph Jevanni since 2009, his band InTensity, flavored with musicians & vocalists who are invited to sit in. 7:30-pm-10pm! $10 cover charge to book, $25 minimum spend required at the table per person.

I’ve been wanting to go here for so long and it did not disappoint! Such an amazing experience. The food was delish, the drinks, the entertainment! Reminds me of old school jazz spots which is just what I wanted! Can’t wait to go back.

One of my favorite places to visit. Dayve Stewart was Amazing, last night with that incredible, band. Oh my goodness! A bitter sweet moment to say farewell to an Amazing entertainer Yoshi. I know God has greater for you and your family in Atlanta. Jazz Tasting is a beautiful Gem 💎.

Amazing experience. The music was great, food was delicious and great service. Prices for food and drinks are quite steep but overall it was a great night.

I went with my girlfriends for a birthday celebration. I thought because it was a Wednesday it would be dead. We had such a good time and the band was FABULOUS!!

I’ve been looking forward to this experience for quite some time. We drove two hours. It wasn’t a big deal since we enjoy coming to this area. Love the ambiance and vibe of the place. Service was excellent! Hostess and server were both pleasant, professional and attentive. It’s the simple things like noticing there were only 3 water glasses with four of us at the table. I believe we were wrapping up and one of us didn’t need a refill so the glass was removed. The live music was phenomenal! Cons: I don’t know if it had anything to do with Mother’s Day, but even so, you have to prepare and anticipate being out of food and serving what I believe was old or reheated food. I planned on ordering sea bass, but our table was told the dish wasn’t available due to Mother’s Day. The small salad was the only dish I could eat. The crab claws came without a cracker. I was told they didn’t have any and hopefully the cuts on the claws would allow me to break them easily. That didn’t work so I struggled. I told the server. She went back and came out with cracker. So, they had them, somewhere. Not sure what the disconnect was, but by the time I got the cracker, the butter was cold. I cracked open about two small pieces and the meat was hard and brownish. Never had crab claws like this. I ordered a side of sautéed spinach. My lips are still burning from one taste of the spinach. Spinach doesn’t take much to season and this dish tasted like it was cooked in a pot of salt. My uncle’s dish was too salty as well, but he dealt with it. My husband totally enjoyed his burger. That made me happy, especially since he drove.So I had a salad, good music, and a great vibe. The server was extremely apologetic, and when I asked for spinach cooked without the salt added, she accommodated my request. She also took the crab claws off our bill. I will come back. Next time, for the music, great service, a drink and salad.

Went for Mother's Day. When I think a jazz place, I think relaxing. In here, the music is the main event. It was LOUD. The food and service were excellent, but it was impossible to have a conversation. The irony is that the music was very good. Many people were up dancing and singing along. Unfortunately, it didnt turn out to be the special occasion we had envisioned for the family. I barely spoke to my spouse two seats over because we had to yell. So, if you want good food with a night club vibe, this is for you. If you want a cozy place where you can have a nice, relaxing meal while interacting with your group, nope.

My wife and I have frequented this establishment in the past and enjoyed ourselves every time. Still, they have improved the setting over the past year and expanded the size of the restaurant. Looks magnificent! Perfect Jazz ambiance and overall environment. The sound system, music selection, and band were all good. Very diverse audience with chic and classic, but comfortable attire. Great value. Excellent outing for jazz lovers and for a romantic date night.
