The Acclaimed Monday Night Jazz Jam is Back (MNJJ)!! Started in 2008 by the late Founder Billy Hall (Piano), Co-Founders Don Black(Sax) Yvonne Coleman (Jazz Personality & Business Exec.) along with several founding members. We paused during the pandemic and finally found our new home starting this month at the newly expanded Jazz Tastings!! Live Music - MNJ Music Director Joseph Jevanni since 2009, his band InTensity, flavored with musicians & vocalists who are invited to sit in. 7:30-pm-10pm! $10 cover charge to book, $25 minimum spend required at the table per person.

My husband and I went as a date night, for the second time. I really enjoyed the live band on Friday, June 14, 2024. The music was fabulous—Carmen Harrell was AMAZING!!!!! I would come back just to see her. The band was top notch. I liked the atmosphere and usually we attend Jazz events in parks but you have to bring your own chair, walk to get food and more. Our experience was simple…pay the cover charge and buy food. Then, sit and enjoy the show. Jazz Tastings has meals that are healthier choices like grilled salmon (with no extra stuff) and smashed potatoes (which is like a broken up full potato lightly seasoned with the skin still on) and grilled shrimp. I have been to other places in Central Florida and couldn’t eat the food because it was loaded in cheeses, combination of starches and sauces. The other restaurants are not customizing as much anymore so I was stuck drinking water & getting a meal out my car. No need to customize or not have a healthy at Jazz Tasting they had some cleaner and leaner options. The meals are plated like 5 star restaurants…hats of to there meal team.

We love Jazz Tastings! We’ve been twice during live jazz nights and had a blast both times. The food and drinks are pricey but very good. Highly recommend the Old Fashioned (no longer featured on their menu but still available) and the burrata appetizer. Our burgers were a little overcooked so if we get them again we’ll order them medium and hope for med-well. The entertainment was great and the service was phenomenal. We’ll definitely be going again.

Yet another great evening at Jazz Tastings. Food always pricey but so, so good. Drinks tasty. Ambiance the best. Band was incredible. Will definitely be back soon!

Amazing!! Highly recommend. The salmon was so good. The burger was delicious. I would skip the Brussels but other than that, it was a fabulous experience. The live music was incredible and I can’t wait to go back

I’ve been wanting to go here for so long and it did not disappoint! Such an amazing experience. The food was delish, the drinks, the entertainment! Reminds me of old school jazz spots which is just what I wanted! Can’t wait to go back.
