    Positives: The food is absolutely excellent. The decorations inside were are spectacular. Our server was great. Negatives: The manager ( who was not very friendly at all and who is like the hostess also) spilt a glass of ice water on one of our friends and didn’t apologize. A full cold glass. Then the clean up kid comes over with a wet towel to clean it up and nothing dry for my friends wet clothes. Then 20 minutes later, our server said “ because the manager spilt the water on your friend, we will comp you the $25 birthday dessert and singing thing. It was just bad manners how it was handled. They will not seat you unless your full party is there. You need to make reservations.

    It’s one of those places that’s very popular because eod the decore. The food was average at best, nothing great or anything to hype about. The restaurant its self is sooo small, the big dinning room has AC but the one to the side does not. There was barely enough space to walk in. Definitely would chose a chain restaurant over a small location that doesn’t provide quality service or food.

    I’ve been to Halloween before, but this time around I was a little disappointed in a few things. I kindly asked previous to my reservation for a specific when I got there, the table was also available. I stated this to the girl in the front. However, without warning or anything, she sent me where she wanted. I also ordered dessert and was brought no utensils I called the girl but she ignored me. My server however was extremely nice and food was yummy.

    Great experience, a little bummed that they were out of mole early Friday evening but the carnitas are excellent! Service was great. Nice date night

    Really cool vibe for the restaurant concept. Loved the ambiance. Very attentive service staff and drinks/food were made well, tasted great and was served to us quickly. Had a great time!
